Stay after Cross Country Move The hotel was great! The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star review is that the elevator was out of service for our three night stay and we were on the 2nd floor with two special needs dogs. It was not ideal.

Not all the Sparkles is Gold The photos and description of this hotel make it look newly renovated, however, during my 4 night stay, the elevators didn't run at all. We took the stairs. Our room however was very spacious and clean. Although the freeway noise is audible, it did not keep us from sleeping well. The hotel is clean. The parking lot is well lit, fenced and locked. The housekeeping staff are friendly. The front desk is nice enough. For what I paid, I got good value. It is regrettable that a hotel could have 2 elevators simultaneously down at the same time.

Absolute Worst Hyatt Hotel This was truly one of the worst hotels I've been to. I booked it because I'm a Hyatt Discoverist and saw that the rooms had recently been renovated; but what's the point of renovated rooms if they're gross and the hotel is poorly-run? When I checked in, the gentleman at the reception never acknowledged my status, didn't offer a late check out or provide my two complimentary bottles of water. When I got to the room, housekeeping stopped me and told me I couldn't go in the room as it was having plumbing problems. I was moved to a different room. Once inside, I stepped on sticky yellow gunk on the floor, heard how sticky the floor was, saw gummy stuff on the bedside table, saw brown spatter on the wall and had a view of trash in the tree. That night (Sunday), I went to reception and requested full room cleaning for Tuesday, as they told me it had to be pre-requested. Tuesday came and went no one cleaned my room. Tuesday night I went to reception and asked for clean towels. Those never came. The hotel is still planning more renovations, but currently, looks really rundown. One elevator was broken and the working one kept getting stuck on the second floor. The gym had one broken treadmill and an elliptical that was on its last legs. I highly suggest not staying here. They have no idea how to run a hotel, make guests feel welcome or reward loyalty. I've already let Hyatt corporate know about this place.

No Hot Water Arrived late in evening and was informed that there wouldn't be any hot water until Wednesday or Thursday. I have stayed here many times before and very happy., I was shocked that no one attempted to contact me concerning this issue so I could fine other accomodations without looking at near midnight. Two elevetors and only 1 working. Room verry clean. Staff Courteous

terrible terrible experience no hot water again. I would not recommend this to anybody trying to travel to Dallas. There are much better options than this. I’m struggling to get 100 words into this terrible review but was awful. Really awful. Don’t come here ever. It’s not a nice place there’s no hot water. I mentioned that no hot water no water no hot water. I’m repeating this because this stupid site is terrible. Don’t ever come here, it’s awful and there’s no hot water without hot water. It’s awful.
