Sam’s guest service It was perfect stay quiet comfortable and safe. Desk clerk, Sam. Was so helpful as always this was my fourth stay in last two months, and I never had any issue during my stay. He is very knowledgeable person. He mentioned this couple of the restaurant very first time we went ahead to restaurant we tried it in those trips. and it was perfect. each time we stayed there. There was no noise at all.

Average stay at an average hotel. Positive; rooms were clean, and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Negative; no working ice machines in the building, exercise room was closed. Staff were able to provide ice from bags in the office, but limited supply. Would not recommend the first floor. Opening and closing of outside doors are extremely loud, especially between midnight and 3 am!

Worst Experience ever Dear La Quinta Customer Service, I am writing to share feedback from our recent stay at your Dallas location on I-35 and Walnut Hill. 1. Room Amenities and Supplies: Our room setup included a king bed in a separate bedroom and a living room with a convertible couch, but we found that there was only one trash can for the entire suite, which was inadequate. Additionally, we requested extra wash rags, pillows, and bedding for the couch bed, but these were not available in the room and were only offered the morning of our check-out, which did not serve our needs. 2. Missing Bathtub Plug: There was no plug for the bathtub, limiting me to showers. Due to spinal issues, baths are essential for my comfort, so this limitation made our stay less accommodating. 3. Car Break-In Incident: On Saturday night, our car was broken into, along with another guest’s vehicle, resulting in a shattered back window and over $3,000 in personal items stolen. The hotel indicated no responsibility for damages and offered minimal assistance with the aftermath. No materials, such as bags, tape, or brushes, were available to cover the window or clean up glass for a safe drive home, even after multiple requests to staff. Staff members merely apologized, with some walking away or not responding at all. To add to our concerns, hotel security informed us of an incident just a week prior, where a guest confronted someone breaking into their vehicle and fired shots through a hotel window at suspects in the parking lot. Security even pointed out the patched window from this incident. The combined experiences made us feel unsafe and inadequately accommodated during our stay. We appreciate your attention to these matters, and we hope you’ll consider improvements in service, room amenities, and guest security for future visitors.

Man at reception was too friendly Staff were friendly but my daughter saw something troubling. She said the guy at the front desk was flirting with young women and even struck one on the buttocks. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and could even be classified as sexual assault.

Operating room God awful accommodations unless you like "white" lighting throughout. Sterile environments look that makes the entire property non-warming.
