Nice Hotel Clean and no issues. Check-in/out was super easy. Be aware if it's the weekend there is no shuttle to the airport, but the front desk will call you and pay for an uber.

Not a 5 star hotel…but 5 STAR service Overall, I had an enjoyable stay for a week long trip in what they call a family suite. I’m not sure that it would really accommodate a “family” but I certainly enjoyed having the extra space. The gym and pool were well maintained. Breakfast, served daily, included a spread of hot and cold options. Coffee and tea is available all day. The airport shuttle needs to scheduled and does run regularly. The bathroom tub could probably be reglazed, but the suite was clean. Every staff member I encountered offered premium service—especially Chahze. This includes: front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. There aren’t really any establishments to walk to, but deliveries can be made in minutes. My only complaint is the loitering in the rear parking lot at night, which is shared with a different hotel. ( hard to determine where guests actually belonged) However, no safety concerns presented.

Self Serve Hotel Let’s start with the positive, the rooms are nice and I didn’t see any cleanliness issues. The pool was nice as well and is open until 10. Breakfast is 6-9 which can be easy to miss. The cons, are the women at the front desk. On day 1 (July 10) we arrived with a reservation for 4 in a room. We had to call the front desk to request bedding for the hide a bed, and were told we had to come down to get it. The woman at the front was a snob and asked someone to look to get whatever they might have available. We got a sheet and a blanket but they said their comforters were ripped. Day 2 at 10pm we went to get a pillow we forgot for our kids and a woman who appeared to be leaving told us she would have a guy look and see if they had any pillows left. When he went to look the girl at the front barked at him to check in two other guests. He looked at her like “did you not hear I was helping this lady at the moment” I can’t think of a place I’ve had a ruder front desk experience trying to get items that should have already been in my room.
