Beautiful Escape Sheraton Suite Market Center was very beautiful. The room was clean and refreshing. They are very accommodating and attentive. They have excellent recommendations and assist with whatever I requested. We checked out early because of the restrictions due to the pandemic. However, we would definitely come back.

Disfunctional hotel- No housekeeping services, no trash pickup, clean towels not avail. $ 15.00 parking fee per night. Stayed April 15-17 because of a VB tourney, Would have left after one night but the team stayed here. We paid over 150 a night to stay here, plus, you have to pay 15.00 a day for parking. So what did my money get me? NO housekeeping, no towel replacement, no trash pick up. Finally requested towels from the front desk the 2nd day, with no housekeeping services, they never showed up. No housekeeping over 3 days, my wife had to pick up a large trash bag from the desk clerk and picked up and consolidated our trash from the small cans in our room. 1st night no wi-fi service . They couldnt tell me why. With all the hotels around here you better stay somewhere else. Rooms are not real clean either-look beat up inside. I have never stayed at a hotel this dysfunctional.

Felt unwelcome, Smells of Weed 24/7 We arrived to the hotel lobby, and got in line. The smell of weed coming from the lobby was awful. Our room was dirty, and pubic hair surrounded the toilet. The lady at the front desk seemed to hate her job. She would yell at every Caucasian person that came in wearing a mask incorrectly, but then would allow others to walk by not wearing a mask and great them without mentioning the mask. At night, there was a drunk man wondering around the 3rd floor, and followed me to the elevator. I headed straight to the front desk to notify a staff member, but found a staff member dealing with a high and drunk man frustrated that he couldn’t get a room. This is not a suitable place for family. I guess it’s acceptable to smoke weed outside the lobby, which is why the lobby and elevators carry the smell.

Went for New Year's Eve for the fireworks. Checked into two rooms... both wreaked of smoke. Went downstairs to tell them. Housekeeping supervisor came up and agreed but said without finding the source of the smoke, there was nothing she could do outside of spray air freshener! We decided to lay down and feathers went everywhere! There were holes in the pillows! We left yo get some air. I went by the desk to tell them about the pillows and they said they were sorry and they would replace them. Upon checkout, NEVER saw those pillows! Finally, went outside to see fireworks and couldn't enjoy anything because the neighbor underneath us was smoking weed! I mean it was so strong a contact high was inevitable, so we went back inside and I called the front desk. One minute later I received a phone call asking me if someone in my room was smoking weed... I was done at that moment. If driving home was an option, I would have opted in to leave! I went to the bathroom to get a kleenex only to find that after I blowed my nose with the first one, there were used kleenex and a tampon in the bottom of the box! I was charged for parking that was supposed to be free! I was assured that a manager would call me after I checked out. It is after 7 pm and no one has called. I normally stay with Hilton hotels and this has never happened. I will NEVER stay with Marriott hotels or Sheraton again if this is the standard.

New Years Eve 2020 Stayed here for a night before flying out to CA. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled. I am Bonvoy Titanium elite so we got an upgraded room to 1033. Room was nice but there is A LOT of Highway noise in this room, and the room was warm. Staff was nice and check in easy easy, price was good.
