Good enough I was expecting a dump. It was a little old but it was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe enough to walk around with my kid. We were perfectly happy with the suite. There weren't a lot of options for restaurants in walking distance, we ended up having breakfasts delivered to us.

Comfortable & well located temporary home away from home Sometimes you get lucky and find an affordable gem where you least expect it. This location has just completed a make over and the improvements are very nice: rooms have new floors, bathrooms, large screen TV, beds and room furniture. New stylish sinks in the kitchen and bathroom and new ranges are a nice touch. The staff is pleasant and the location is central to major arteries.

Updated, Clean, Friendly Service ... But Not In Richardson... This was, much to my surprise, once of the better Studio 6 properties that I've stayed at. Rooms are simple yet nicely updated and adequately furnished. My room was spotlessly clean. Kitchenette came equipped with the items needed to self-cater meals, such as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, small coffee maker, and such - unlike some other extended stay properties, where one has to request necessary items from the front desk, only to find that they don't have what you need in stock. Climate control unit worked fine and cooled the room quickly. Parking was adequate. The property is adjacent to busy US-75 Central Expressway, so expect some highway noise. Check-in was handled efficiently by a friendly staff person. Overall good value for the money. I would stay here again.

Lackadaisical approach to guest’s safety and comfort Deadbolt wouldn’t latch into door jamb. When I called the front desk to report, the male clerk said no worries, you can’t open the door from the outside. When I asked to be moved to another room, was told they were all booked, which was untrue. The room immediately behind me, as well as the one on the corner across from me remained opened, evidenced by the way they set the curtains on available rooms. He also told me “if” something was to happen, just call the front desk and I’ll be there in 2 minutes. (Mind you, it took me 3 tries of calling the front desk before he picked up to report the issue). This was a stressful trip without all of this nonsense, so to not rest well before driving back home... Also, beware... checkout time on the back of the door states 12pm but the sign at the desk states 11am. They also assess a $20 “deposit”. I requested a final bill when I returned the key card to checkout. They refunded the $20 to my card and told me it usually takes a couple of days but never went to inspect the room. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

What a dump This place had a terrible smell of smoke in spite of a posted no smoking room. The mattress was horrible and the pillows worse. We planned to stay 2 nights and checked out after one even though we'd already paid. At this price in the city you can't expect much, and that's what you'll get here ... not much.
