DO NOT STAY HERE Horrible room, smelled awful, roach infested, mold in the a/c unit and bathroom vent. Dirty bathtub with debris all around the top coated in dust. Bedding stunk. My kids saw mice in the lobby. We got in late at night to check in & had no choice but to stay. Cancelled the rest of the booking the next day. NEVER AGAIN.

If you can avoid it, do so. Reservation wasn't prepared. Rooms were all filthy and roach infested. Residents in parking lot all day and night running exhaust fumes into stairwell. Hot water takes 30 minutes to occur. Renovations include facelift, furniture left all over . Checked 6 rooms, half didn't even have privacy locks. No remotes, no English, no housecleaning. No food, zero effort from staff, management, or owner. Made to pay cash pet deposit, then charged 3 separate times to our credit card. Came for a funeral of a family member, this dump did not help things. The reason it's 30 bucks cheaper than everything else is because it's atrocious. Never again, we're swearing off super 8. Every single one is a complete disaster zone.

Unlivable conditions and never received my refund!! STAY AWAY!!! The rooms was absolutely nothing as advertised from their website. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, broken furniture, stained floors, leaks, leftover/used bathing soap in the tub, mold-like smell , basically it was as though someone had trashed the place and it was never cleaned. I was not able to even stay the night and asked for a refund and was told I would receive a full refund on my card as this room cost me 124$!!! To this day still no refund and when I contacted Expedia they stated that the hotel denied ever offering me a refund. This place is disgusting and will scam you of your money.

Don't. Just don't. In my 77 years, I have stayed in some pretty bad motels/hotels. I have never given a review of "1" until now. This was a bad experience from the get-go. The first red flag was the announcement on the marquee that they have "long term renters". We proceeded on. At the front desk, the lady had our reservation under the wrong credit card. She gave us our room on the second floor. I asked if there is an elevator. She replied that there were stairs. I replied that that was a problem with my husband's serious mobility issues. I was met with a blank stare. We asked about the "free" breakfast. There is no breakfast. "Light" or otherwise. Nonetheless, we proceeded to our room. The carpet was filthy, a lamp did not work, some furniture was broken, and the bathroom door appeared to have serious water damage as it was coming apart at the bottom thus exposing the inside of the door. We started to leave for supper only to find that the door would not lock except from the inside with the deadbolt. Locking doors is important to us. The lady said she would give us another room. The room she gave had one bed. Not sufficient for three adults, one being our 48 year old son. We don't do communal sleeping. There were many very unsavory looking people hanging around making us very nervous. We asked for a cancellation, and was told it was done. Then desk clerk gave the impression that "I could not possibly care any less if I tried." I will be checking my credit card very carefully.

Filthy.. Stinky room. Filthy… Stinky room, Super 8 sign broken, which made it very difficult for us to even find the hotel that we had booked from out on the highway. Upon checking in, I was an easy, because there was one man sleeping in a chair in the lobby, and another one sitting slouched over with a hoodie on. There was another man who repeatedly kept going outside, looking back-and-forth as if he was waiting for someone to arrive.
