Nice Hotel friendly Staff The hotel was close to a work gathering we had in August the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean well worth the cost of staying there. Considering it was a Saturday night and near a bar was quiet. The pool and free breakfast were added bonuses too

Arrogant staff, lots of noise, uncomfortable! We stayed at this hotel during November 2015. Very loud building, fights outside building at night due to bar next door. Kept us up all night. Other guest in hotel very loud, could smell beer in hallway like a frat house. Upon checkout(11am), we were getting ready to check out. At 10:45, our keycards quit working.. had to go to front desk to get them reactivated because we had our personal belongings in this locked room. Short girl at desk ( didn't get her name because her hair was in the way) said they no longer work because she said it is checkout time... if check out time is 11am, the keycards should not deactivate before 11am. She was very rude and abrupt. Breakfast was sub par. Waffle maker did not work well, kept sticking to inside of iron, breaking the waffle before you could get it out. I had one with black spots all over it, looked like the anti-stick coating came off onto food. Gross! Room was disgusting. Stains all over floors/walls. Looked under bed, looked like a crime scene if things spilt. White walls, one little picture frame. No microwave, no fridge. Tiny tv with 2 remotes... very complicated to use. No pillows, only cushions. Will never stay here again.. will tell friends and family about bad experience. Loud highway noise and a hotel beside a sketchy bar. Horribly disappointed!

Nice quiet spot We booked this hotel last minute, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived and checking in was one of the easiest experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Our room was clean, beds were comfy. We stayed two nights and were approached by staff after our first night and asked if we needed anything cleaned or replaced in our room. My favorite part though - it was QUIET! Most hotels that I have traveled to can be quite noisy, especially on weekends so I was a little nervous because we were going to be on the go our whole trip and needed our rest at night. And I love my sleep! We did not hear one peep day or night the whole time we were there. That's a huge bonus in my books. The only downsides - the pool/hot tub was having maintenance done (not something we were aware of ahead of time) so we did not get to enjoy that. Also, the wifi did not work the entire time we were there. We were quite busy so it didn't really phase us but it did seem to be an issue for other guests there. Otherwise, great stay. Would visit again!

Home away from home Spent five nights at the Days Inn Dartmouth, room was a little outdated but very clean. Front desk were very professional and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor poor and hot tub. Definitely worth the value!!
