Not the best Doubletree I booked a king room with a peloton bike while traveling for business. On entering my room, the HVAC unit was completely turned off. I turned on the air-conditioning and found that that didn’t work at all so my room continued to be at least 80° the remainder of my trip and overnight. the Internet was spotty and not working. I wasn’t able to use the Peloton due to this, but had paid an upgrade charge for it. The room was not clean and there were signs of wear and tear. Not my favorite Doubletree and won’t stay here again.

Just someone else who had an issue with the AC not working, like all the other negative reviews you have seen. As mentioned in several other reviews of this hotel. The AC does not work. Despite management's response to previous reviews that the issues have been repaired, I can assure that this is not the case. We checked in, dropped our stuff off in the room, and went out for the evening. When we returned the room was extremely hot. We contacted the front desk, who was not surprised by our complaint. Fortunately, this person did go check several vacant rooms until she could find one where the AC was working decently. There are so many negative reviews about the AC not working in this hotel, you would think they would make the investment to repair/replace the system for the comfort of their guests.

Horrible, disgusting, disgraceful. I gave this hotel a 1 out of 5 and quite frankly I find it insane that anybody who has stayed here rated it higher than this. AC busted, went to wash my hands and the handle broke off, and that’s not even the worst part, there were atleast 30 bugs on my ceiling above my bed and some even in my bed. Spent 20 mins squishing them with a tissue to only see that 10 minutes later a bunch of new ones just appeared. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

The worst The absolute worst. Dirty room. No air conditioning. 85 degrees in the room. Told I would receive a refund. No refund. Hilton corporate is getting involved. Felt like I got scammed. Management except for Ana was not helpful. Stay away from this property. Hilton properties are generally great!

Bad stay Room service spotty if at all, mobility accessibiity limited - bathroom ok but bed too high and no suitable chairs, room key system not working at checkin - had to meet maintenance staff to get in to the room. Took a full day to get room key card. Everything driven by QR codes.
