Nice hotel Property was good. Staffs were friendly. Cheaper deal. Clean room, Superior king bed was amazing. Although neighborhood is not that good, they managed the property in good shape.. It was above my expectation for what i paid.. Highly recommanded.

Only stay here if you have no other choice. The rooms was a cheap as the price at $60 for the night. This is a transient motel with kids running around and people fixing cars in the parking lot. I was tired and had already tried out 4 other places so I had to pick this one. The air conditioner was only pushing cold air and could not turn off... the bathtub had no stopper and the water was luke warm. The TV did not work. The beds were comfortable. When i went to sleep I pushed the chairs and tables up against the door to slow down anyone that might break in. I parked my car in front of the office, as I did not want to chance that it would be broken into in the back where I was. I was able to sleep there, because I needed the rest. If you can deal with all of the above, then take a chance and get some sleep.

Booking.com and Red Roof Inn are running a Scam. Be Careful, I reserved a room through booking.com at the Red Roof In Dayton North Airport a day earlier. My flight arrived in Dayton on June 18th around 11 PM. I didn't get the proper confirmation from booking or Red Roof Inn, so I had to make another reservation at a different hotel for which I got the confirmation right away. I found out the next morning that Booking and Red Roof Inn charged the full amount for my stay which is over $800. I have tried all possible ways to resolve this issue with booking and the Hotel, but never gotten a straight answer. Despite my many emails, they wouldn't even try to discuss this issue with me. They just took the money and never looked back. I will never use the services of Booking.com or Red Roof Inn. You should be careful too.

Worst hotel experience ever, employee refused to take responsibility Do not stay here. I’d give a zero rating if I could. We stopped here during a snow storm. The first room was dirty - garbage and stained sheets. Second room door would not open. Third room wasn’t great, but ok for getting out of the storm. Smelled like smoke even though it said ‘smoke free’. When we were leaving, the inner door handle broke off and the dead bolt stuck. The phone had no cord so we could not call the front desk. Windows don’t open and corporate doesn’t answer until 7 am. We had to call 911 to get Brittany to open the door and she was snotty about it. If there had been a fire, we would have been dead.

Clean and comfy hotel for a great price This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff are courteous and always very welcoming. They make sure you get the best deal and that you have a pleasant stay. The manager even walks around frequently making sure everything is running smoothly. It's very clean and quiet. It's close to many restaurants and shopping. The girls at the front desk are always helpful and had coffee on 24/7. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Housekeeping and maintenance keep the rooms clean and safe. I will stay here again in the future. mfasick0127@gmail.com
