Dirty and Unsafe I have stayed at this hotel countless times over the past 15 years, it has continued to go downhill for the past several years, and I will not return. First, their Covid “policy” is unsafe. I was told that only 3 staff members there are vaccinated, and yet I saw only 3 of them wearing masks (2 of whom were actually vaccinated), despite the urging of health officials for everyone to begin wearing masks again because of the delta variant. And never mind that unvaccinated people were already supposed to be wearing masks. Marriott goes on and on about diligent surface cleaning and disinfecting amidst the pandemic, but that doesn’t protect us! It’s an airborne disease, and vaccination and mask wearing are the only truly effective deterrents. In addition to laughable public health protections, this place is simply dirty. My room wreaked of cigarette smoke, and both the couch and armchair had huge stains all over them, as though people had peed their pants sitting on them. The bathroom sink had several large cracks, and the dishwasher was not secure and came out when you opened the door. There is no luggage rack (in any of the rooms I’ve stayed in), and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I wanted to speak to someone at the front desk about these problems at the beginning of my stay, but no one was ever there. And when I tried to check out, not only was no one there, but they were in the office, could hear me trying to get their attention, and still didn’t come out, so I simply left the keycards on the desk. I checked out 4 days early and moved to Staybridge Suites in Miamisburg, which has been a vast improvement.

Not clean Breakfast attendants were hard working and friendly. Not to their fault, but the coffee was weak. Even the so called Bold. The room s are spacious and have full kitchens. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned. There was used soap in the dish in one of the two bathrooms and when we moved to the other bathroom, the spout wouldn’t pull up on the faucet to turn it to shower. Dirty carpeting, floors in kitchen weren’t clean. This hotel is old looking and run down. Needs a make over. Not what I expect from Marriott properties.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff This hotel made sure my room was feather free, which I greatly appreciated due to my allergies. There is a meet and greet at night with drinks and finger foods. There is a shuttle to and from the Dayton Airport. The room was immaculate, roomy, and more than met my needs.

A few nice perks Hotel over all is nice. Located perfectly for the airport and loads of amenities close by. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The guest bbq out the front was a nice touch, as was the fire pit. The room was nice, although a bit dated it wouldn’t prevent me from returning. The cleaners were ok but could pay more attention to detail, I spotted some old rice and grime trapped underneath the tele. Easy to miss I guess but doesn’t look good. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic stay The rooms in this hotel are fantastic. They have a kitchen area, lounge, large bedrooms and a shower/bath. The rooms are modern and very comfy. Outside is a seating area with a gas fire pit which was very relaxing and also a bbq for you to use if you wanted to cook your own meat. In the same estate there is a Walmart and plenty of places to eat. I had a great time here and would certainly stay again
