It's not worth it The location is great. The view from the room was outstanding. But, the tiny pillows were lumpy, as if they were filled with balls of yarn. The sliding glass door was nearly inoperable, very difficult to open and more difficult to close. The air conditioner barely kept up and was super loud. The oversized jacuzzi worked but the control for the jets did nothing - they were stuck on low. The pool and common patio was closed / roped-off. Overall this property is like many others on the Daytona strip, old, tired and in need of major renovation.

Don't go here! Totally misrepresented on the web. The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual room or facility. The air conditioners are in the wall near the ceiling and impossible to adjust unless you are a giant. We had the two room with kitchen suite., ocean view, which was a joke. It was on the main street and one window allowed a slight view of the ocean over the roof of an adjoining building. Curtain rods had no pulls to close. The refrigerator was. two under counter refrigerators, as in a college dorm. Sink was very small, stove a two burner. Very few pieces of silverware and no dishcloth or towel. One bedroom has the sitting area and table. the second bedroom has no closet, only hooks on the wall to hang clothes on. The hairdryer didn't work. Only half of the toaster worked No towel racks or luggage rack in the second bedroom or baths. The floor was gritty and dirty and the pool was empty. .The beautiful patio depicted on the website pictures overlooked a busy street and the furniture was sparce and dirty and was shared with another room. I can't imagine how anyone would give this a 4 rating. We left early and would never return or recommend this facility to anyone. It could be made better but it hasn't succeeded thus far. Disappointed from PA.

Most disgusting motel in Daytona On March 4 2024, my wife and I checked-in the "Dream Inn" in Daytona and we got the room 135. We were told that the pool was out of service, we were not informed of that when we booked, otherwise we wouldn't have. Arriving in front of the room, we were surprised to see a digging machine beside he pool in front of our "oceanview", and another one nearby. Looking inside the room was worse. The shower is rusty, the screws of the toilet seat are rusty, the shower curtain rod is rusty, the fridge is dirty and the door is very rusty, the microwave is dirty, the coffee machine still has the coffee from the last clients, the towels have stains, there's a wheelbarrow and old chairs outside of our room, there is mold on the walls, the bbq is old, dirty and rusty. The managers said all the other rooms are already reserved. And no payback possible ! $400 for 2 nights !!!

Poor customer service I stayed an extra night and they did not update my key card, so I was locked out of my hotel room all night long. The lady at the front desk the next morning never apologized. Just told me. Oh, well, I didn’t update your key card. I asked for some compensation, since I had to drive all way back to mainland at 3 AM to find some place to stay and her response was, “we don’t give refunds”.

Dream Inn - Nightmare! Booked this property because I wanted to spend a day lounging by the beach. I specifically looked for a pool and beach chairs. The description on the third party platforms showed beautiful photos of a pool and lounge chairs. Not a word about the pool being under construction. Only when I arrived did I see there was nothing of the sort at the property. No pool, no chairs, no real way to enjoy a day at the beach. When I asked the owner for a cancellation with a refund, she first agreed, only to later deny she said anything about free cancellation. Great way to rip off customers/tourists who travel from Europe to enjoy a beach day. Stay away! People need to know that they're paying money for little to nothing.
