Very Nice Hampton Inn This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The only negative was the free breakfast was just so so. I wish they had cooked oatmeal instead of the packages like other Hampton Inns have. But then again breakfast was free

Big disappointment after seeing 4.6 star rating. _ I took my nephew to the Daytona 500 and this hotel was right between the airport and the racetrack. It was pricey, but I understood because of the race. It had good reviews and we stay at Hampton Inns a lot so it seemed like it would be good. We were booked for 3 nights. We got there and it was a pretty normal Hampton Inn. It didn’t have a business center, but they said if we needed anything printed we could send it to the front desk. The room was ok. Seemed a little dark, but the bathroom seemed pretty new. On our 2nd night there I woke up about 4:30am and could not fall back asleep so I turned on the TV. Then went to sit in the chair and saw something crawling over our things. I quickly turned on the lights and moved some things and saw a roach. It got away, but I thought I caught it in a cup on the wall. Sadly after a couple minutes I looked and I didn’t have it. I looked for it and didn’t find it. Eventually it came crawling on the wall and I eventually caught it in a cup and moved it to a ziplock bag I had. Once my nephew woke up I told him we were leaving. When I took it to the front desk the girl made a face and told me to just throw it out. I told her we were checking out and asked about getting points back. She said we had to call the Diamond desk. No apology. My husband called Hilton corporate right away. They apologized right away and gave us our points back. My husband called the hotel and asked for a manager and the girl said he wouldn’t be back until the afternoon and she would leave a message. After several calls and no return message, my husband emailed the manager. Again no response. One more email was sent. Again there was no response, but we were refunded for one night.

Not my Favorite clean, comfortable room, breakfast limited options but acceptable, they dont do fresh cookies or give silver members a bottle of free water like other Hamptons. the chaise lounge chair was a waste of space as it was uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of and only other chair in the room was an office chair. So… would say the room was not that great for comfort. no microwave either which was unexpected but you could go to the lobby and use that one. in the future, would bypass this Hampton for one elsewhere in the area if I were to stay again.

Horrible experience The room was dark and dingy! Stains on the bed comforter! dirty washcloth on bathroom shelf. My feet had dirt on them from just walking from shower to bed. Bathroom door was difficult to close like it didn’t fit ain doorway. ALL the plumbing pipes were loose and not attached to anything. There was some type of glue or something that was in sink.Looks like they had some unqualified person trying to up grade the bathroom and shower.To top it off, no breakfast at all, as advertised, only coffee.

no room micro, temporarily no business center I am frustrated with this hotel. They are in the middle of renovations. I get that it needs to be done. They do not have the business center available and cell reception is not great. That makes it hard to explore the internet for my next destination. I stay somewhere on my vacation, then that evening I plan my trip for the next day. That is difficult when you do not have good internet access. I also bring my own food when traveling to save on the cost of eating out. My room does not have a microwave. I had to go downstairs to use the microwave in the lobby. These are two things I assume I'll have at a Hampton Inn, and neither was available. In saying that the desk clerk was nice, and the room was nice. I just wish I knew ahead of time. It would also be nice if the price reflected these deficiencies.
