Great for the price .convenient location 4 Lovely comfy pillows, great very comfortable bed.friendly front desk staff. the hotel had been refreshed since my last vist.new decor and carpets . Coffee was good.in room fridge abd microwave worked.the towels were large abd fluffy. They had Dove soap.

Okay for a quick break Rooms are okay but could use an upgrade. Be aware of the loud dog kennel that gets wound up at 6am..

Nightmare hotel I’ve never seen a room so dirty. Stains all over the bedspreads, couch. Mattress was flipped over, don’t know why but I didn’t want to look. The bathroom was not clean, the tub was very stained and floors were not clean. The microwave had something in it left from a previous guest. The TV did not work. Pool was closed for maintenance. The reason we picked this place was they allowed pets. They did give us our money back after offering another room which did not look any better. This place should be closed until repairs or updating are done.

Nightmare I travel with my dogs so I always stay at la quinta...but this experience will make me rethink this...I stayed here 5 years ago during hurricane Irma evacuation..it was great ...fast forward 5 years and what a horrible slide downhill...new management.. looked family run ..filthy looking sheets and towels...dark dingey room ...metal beds making lots of noise if you move..key had to be reset at least 2 times a day...plastic floor that made my dogs walking make clicking noises...which doesn't happen on stone where I live....gross walls with stains ...baseboards peeling with holes behind...white sheets were grey with yellow stains...were they even washed??? Towels that looked used...only 2 bath towels no face towels no washcloths...pool was covered with black tarp thing...screaming mimi child next room over...running through the halls. .and one night screaming at 11 pm until I shouted. .hotel desk clerk had a very non chalant attitude...I wanted to leave but I had come to see the solar eclipse the next day...only a 5 hour drive from there. .so I didn't have time to waste as I came from Florida to Alabama and was driving the next to Missouri...so if you like sleeping on disgusting noisey beds in an ugly dark dirty Roach motel atmosphere stay here...ps I put my pareo around the pillows so I could use them...even my dogs were horrified..coffee machine never cleaned ...fridge falling put of its space..icebucket yuk...can't say enough negative

LaQuinta Decatur review I've stayed at much better LaQuinta's then this one. It was in need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend this location. There was no elevator. It was way farther away from the Interstate then the map indicated.
