CHECKED OUT AFTER 2 HOURS! DIRTY, DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE PLACE!! Negative stars if possible!! Wanted an affordable place near the beach with breakfast, so I chose this 'hotel'. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!  The outside is run down, looks like a motel. Pretty lobby, that was about it. The rest is just DIRTY! Green mold on pool slide for kids, elevator floor & tracks were FILTHY, hallway carpets were DISGUSTING, ice machine didn't work!  They said we had a very nice room; yeah right. We had #414.  Soon as we got off elevator, black, disgusting carpets! Opened our room door, met with a DINGY smell.  Room door wouldn't lock- we struggled to get the door to lock, it still didn't feel safe. i told my daughter we were gonna put a chair behind the door at night because she was scared. The room itself was TERRIBLE! Holes in the asbestos (popcorn) ceiling, you could tell there were leaks that were poorly patched. Cracks running along the length of the wall by the single window.  The room felt like a TRAP, just one single window off to the side (only thing good was the beach view).  DINGY bed sheets, looked like they hadn't been washed - just turned over, barf! Torn bed skirt, DIRTY carpets, we kept our shoes on the whole time, OLD, dingy, thin, tiny towels for the size of a 5 year old, DIRTY fridge, no water from shower, TERRIBLE 'breakfast' (THE WORKER COUGHED OVER THE BREAD WHILE PUTTING IT OUT, WE SAW TINY BUGS CRAWLING IN THE COLORED FLAKES CEREAL).  We felt so gross and uncomfortable. WE CHECKED OUT AFTER 2 HOURS! I HAVE NEVER DONE THAT IN MY WHOLE LIFE - THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS!! Told the manager Gail about the subpar conditions, she refused to refund our stay, even though Orbitz ok'd it. HOTEL STILL CHARGED US FOR 3 NIGHTS EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAYED 2 HOURS IN THE FILTHY UNSAFE ROOM! I've called, left messages since to discuss my refund, and NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. JUST KEPT OUR MONEY!! BAD BUSINESS!!! Pay the extra $50 and go somewhere else. We checked in to the Hillsboro at Sonder - it was like night and day, and THE PRICE WAS THE SAME, but no free 'breakflast' which is a joke at the UnComfort Inn!!!! Better to pay for breakfast than to fear being crawled on at night by bugs!

Vacation with Family Our family was very lucky to have chosen this hotel for our short but meaningful vacation time in Deerfield Beach, Florida !! Thank you Comfort Inn staff for making our time at your hotel the best it could be !!

Horrible hotel Worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Elevator broke down one of our days. Rooms very out dated. No restaurant in the hotel other than a deli connected to the lobby very over priced. Continental breakfast is a big joke. Pictures on web page are far from correct. I took pics of breakfast area if anyone wants to see the real food. Would not recommend staying ever to anyone. Last thing needed coffee one night went down to get one no sugar out so I asked front desk if she could get some she replied we are out. So next morning what do u know there was sugar why lie to the guess.

Bug, broken elevators, mold, oh my! This is pretty lousy for a Comfort Inn. No restaurant, even though the website says they have one. It’s a deli counter with poor quality food. The hotel charges for parking. A hotel charging guests to park in their parking lot? A parking lot that was built for…hotel guests? When I forgot to put the parking pass on the dashboard (because we got in so late at night), staff put a sign on my car saying the tow company had been called. Even though the night manager had noted the make, model, and color of my car. The elevator broke the morning we were there. Our hallway smelled like mold. And to top it off, my 14-yr-old was bitten six times by a bed bug. Which we found in his bed. GROSS. Reported to the correct regulatory department the moment we left the property. On good note, the woman who would have been our housekeeper if we had stayed was delightful.
