Plastic plates/cutlery need changing! Stayed here at very short notice due to our original hotel not receiving our reservation. This was the only hotel in the area that could accommodate 12 rooms late at night, and we were grateful that they could take us in. The corridor I stayed on smelled strongly of weed, thankfully couldn’t smell it in the room. The lift needs updating, some of the buttons didn’t illuminate so you had no idea if you were heading to the right floor or not. Rooms had a strange fruity smell, as if too much cleaning product or air freshener had been used, wondered if it was covering up the smell of a dated room. Air conditioning units are old and noisy, hard to find a balance to get the temperature right. Beds comfortable! Rooms were priced at $150 which I feel was too much for the standard of the property. Breakfast was better than expected, hot options, breads/pastries etc., cereal, waffles. Plastic plates, cutlery and cups was disappointing!! Think of the planet!! I shared the attached photo with reception as the plug sockets in room 405 were hanging off the wall and were a safety hazard. Difficult to understand how this hadn’t been noticed before? A colleague went to his room to find someone already in there, hotel were not aware that they hadn’t checked out. Day staff were really friendly and helpful, evening staff a little less so.

Inexpensive Clean Airport Hotel Have stayed at Quality Stapleton a number of times before morning flights. It's a bargain and generally a clean, decent hotel. Also convenient to #43 bus to pop downtown. Can get to car rental at airport in about 20 minutes. Usually significantly less than staying at Gateway Park or Tower Road airport hotels. Rooms usually nice. This time room was kind of dumpy and had no soap. But that's not the norm. I'll be back.

Park and Fly Don't do it. Room was large but outdated and stuffy. You can tell it used to be a smoking room. Bathroom was dirty. Towels thin and crispy. Breakfast was decent. Girls at the counter not friendly. The shuttle? Non existent. Giving up and calling an Uber.

Super nice staff My flight arrived in Denver about noon, which meant that I arrived at the hotel before the 3PM check in time. I was planning on leaving my bag with the front desk and go exploring, but was told if I wanted to wait in the lobby 20 minutes my room would be ready. Of course, it was worth the wait, which didn't even turn out to be 20 minutes. Instead it was about ten minutes & I was told I could check in. My room was clean and the hotel was as advertised, smoke free.

No Luggage Cart? This hotel is a very busy in Denver surrounded by a number of competing hotels. A big property with just one very tiny luggage cart, the kind you see at the airport. Useless. The front desk didn't seem to care that we had to make three trips to our room and carry much over our shoulders. Not great if you are older and physically not in tip top shape.
