Misleading amenities The pillows in the bed are very nice but when you’re here for five days, it would’ve been nicer that the pool, the gym, the Airport Shuttle, as all were advertised, and none of them were here. I did, however get upon request a humidifier for the dry air in order to sleep more efficiently.

Double charged We had a paid reservation. Not only did we not get the room we reserved, we were double charged and did not get a full refund of the bigger room we did not get. Old, run down, nothing to write home about. There are much better places to stay. I would never stay here again.

Crowne plaza dance disaster Absolutely the worst most expensive stay and they all should be ashamed of themselves! Our reservation cost us 600 for 3 nights 41 for 2 ppl to eat w continental breakfast type buffet. Rooms and building Absolutely disgusting. Turns out they are closing down and sold to the city to make it a halfway house and therefore no longer cared about its upkeep. The staff was the rudest people ever even the so called manager who was not happy she was here from Houston until this place closed. I am an ihg member which includes late checkout. Nope they charged me nearly 40 extra to stay till 1pm as I was here on business and had an entire competition team of students who were dancing inside this venue at 2pm and they wouldn't accommodate they charged all my parents and staff 40 for 2 extra hours of checkout. What a distasteful company. It wasn't our fault they sold yet they treated us as if it were

BEWARE! MICE AND NOTHING NICE MOUSE! Literally the worst hotel experience. On first arriving, we found out that despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked for the convention, there was only one working elevator for six floors of guests. Next, we found out that the double beds were hard as rock. Then we could not get the AC unit to cool the room, despite the approximate decade of college education amongst the guests in our room. Then the hot water would not come on unless you ran the shower for over 30 minutes, if at all. The breakfast buffet, which cost 17 bucks a person, made me sick both days after eating it and was completely not worth it. And I would have kept quiet about all of this but for the encounter with a mouse running across the floor of our room on our last night. That was the final straw. When I brought it to the attention of the night desk attendant, she was nice and immediately gave us a new room on the same floor. I was not too keen to stay, but we were leaving the next morning relatively early to catch our flight. The desk clerk told me that the manager did not get in until the next morning and the manager would call me to make things right. The pictures attached are from the "new" room. We ended up leaving about 2 hours early for our flight because, of course, the smoke alarm battery noise started going off at 4 a.m. I mentioned this to the morning clerk as I checked out and again I was assured that the manager would call me because clerks are unable to issue any kind of monetary compensation. Our stay was from February 8 until February 12, 2024. I have yet to hear from a manager. Beware the 5th floor.

Will do in a pinch Stayed with a voucher from airlines. Check in went well and Thai was helpful. However, rooms and floors have not been well maintained. Ancient, worn carpeting in hallways & ssllooww elevator. Room seemed okay, but toilet only worked for one flush, tub fixtures were rusty, and almost falling off, 2” space below main door, all seemed just barely clean. However, it did have tv, coffee, fridge, & microwave! Bed was super soft, as well as pillow…if you like soft. Definitely decent for a short night. Waterfall feature is cool:)
