Local Stay Great location to one of our doc offices and it was a really nice hotel. I completely forgot to take photos when we got in. The buffet could use some serious help flavor and option wise for 18 bucks, go with the cook to order menu. The little shop had a great selection of snacks and drinks. I was able to make a mimosa before bed. We would definitely stay here again. The service of all the staff was amazing as well as location to the DTC area. Best part is our room was next to the elevator and elevator room and didn't hear anything. The roll in shower was amazing as hubs recently had spinal surgery.

With so many options, pass this property by! This hotel is dated at best. The communication between management and staff was non-existent. I was made to pay for breakfast and parking when all was included with the technical training course I was attending. The training room was not ready and was plagued with technical difficulties. The tables were nothing more than tablecloths over plywood and the chairs were worn. No outlets were provided on the tables. An extension cord was run under the tables but only had outlets at certain tables. NO SECURE INTERNET CONNECTION! For one, I don't call this a "Tech Center". Secondly, my room was abysmal. Loud air conditioner, dull white bedding, old carpet and the bathtub retained water. This was due to wear. A trough was present down the middle of the tub that would not drain. This is a health and safety violation. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel for any type of a technical training destination.

False advertisement Very disappointed, when booking I selected option with breakfast. I booked through expedia. Upon arrival we are told, we did not get this option, not sure whose fault this is Hilton or Expedia! Then i get a welcome email from expedia for my stay at this hotel, giving me a summary of the hotel amenities, it says breakfast buffet is $12 per person. We are charged $15 per person. When checked with the clerk they told me the expedia info is out dated however he would credit my account the difference as i had the email as proof. When checking out I asked the clerk on duty if the modification had been done, and she was unable to see. However, after getting my receipt I saw it wasn't. Tried writing a review on their sight, however the submit button was not working, how convenient!!! oh and also this hotel does not provide safes in your room.

Great property and location Kelly and her team are so welcoming. This is our second stay, we are so delighted that we found this property. The location is perfect for us as we can walk to family and great restaurants in the area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is our home away from home when visiting our daughter. Thank you HGI team.

Would Stay Again Property has 7 stories with elevator. Appeared to be quite dog friendly, including a jar containing biscuits on counter. Didn’t use but noted had good sized indoor pool. Comfortable walk to Belleview station for Light Rail to Empower, downtown and airport ( recommend airport train to Peoria connect to R train, exit Belleview, go up stairs or elevator then short walk to get to property). There is a restaurant with limited menu that I thought was pricey in lobby but there are other eating establishments a comfortable walk away. Liked room with a tub, WiFi worked well and adequate channel selection as well as variety of pillows on bed. Check-in was fast and easy; commend the young lady working front desk when I checked out a little after 7 AM on the 18th, she was professional and patient with guests who had concerns about bills, good customer service skills. I didn’t park but my understanding they charge which I feel is a bit greedy. Also didn’t like the QR code to tip Housekeeping, know they work extremely hard but when you only stay two nights and have no service, not much to tip; expectation room is clean when checking in (apologize if this is offensive, just an opinion).
