As a fan of Kimptons, with was a pretty average one. Well located downtown in a nice restored building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but lacking in usual luxury hotel features- no Nespresso (or any) coffee machine, no casual chair to sit on, no handheld shower and very slow internet. ‘Breakfast’ was just ordinary brew coffee without anything else, so pretty disappointing! As a fan of Kimptons, this was a pretty average one.

Meh plus Staff were fantastic... no help with the luggage at all - so if you are packing a lot - you are on your own. Rooms are a bit dusty and very dark. Had two giant tour buses park outside and let out guests Saturday morning... (and the wedding the night before with non-dog friendly culture guests who looked really upset at our little dogs was no fun - why have an event at a pet friendly motel if you are offended by dogs?). The neighborhood, unless you need to be here left some to be desired. Not what I would expect for the pricing (and the parking is $68 per night).

Boutique hotel centrally located Front desk representative, David, was excellent His customer service went way above what was required. We also appreciated water, coffee and happy hour that was provided in the lobby. We discovered that they have a shuttle that goes to Red Rocks. This was our second time staying here and look forward to returning.

Solid hotel - missing touches for 5 stars The rooms are nice and clean, and the showers are beautiful, though the water gets really hot! The bathrooms products are premium, luxury products, highly recommend. I got a suite and it has a couch and separate space from the bed. There is coffee bar in the morning, free social hour in the evening and a nightcap after 8pm. Not so good: There’s no pool or rooftop, and the lobby gets fully with people so there’s no secondary areas to lounge around. I was sad I never get upgrades at Kimpton, even after staying 30 days over the past two years, never offered one. It’s a nice hotel, but I wouldn’t get it again unless needed.
