Dr. Marlon Neal I was there on business for NAF Conference, and the hotel was so accomendating. Every part of the property was clean, and all of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Best part is location Hotel is pretty standard. But has high fees and holds for incidents. Location is safe though and close to food and some "amenities."

We have stayed here often and find the hotel rarely has any misses. I used 400 of my Hyatt points each night for two nights on a weekend in July and the total came to $169 plus a dog fee of $100 and parking. I noticed that the AI generated summary said parking was free, it used to be, but now they are barcode signs that you have to scan when you arrive and it's $20 a night. I read a concern a couple reviews below that said the toilets didn't flush properly. This is a concern in most of the Colorado Hotels due to a drastic water shortage. We are from the midwest and we get a giant swirl of water and everything is gone in a second. Unfortunately, in Colorado, water conservation is a priority. The room was absolutely wonderful. In the past, we had experienced problems with the elevators. This problem has been resolved and there is normally one waiting always when entering on the main level. Elevators are super expensive to fix and maintain and I believe that during COVID they may have been trying to save a few bucks. I miss the chef prepared omelettes custom ordered that they had when it first opened, but I did not go to the TapHouse Restaurant to see if they still do that; the front desk seemed devoid of knowledge regarding the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is $23 per person when I was there in July 2024. We love this hotel and highly recommend it. It's stunning architecturally and immaculately clean.
