Quality service and hotel Daniela M. was so friendly and super helpful during the whole check in process. We got there a little earlier than the check in time and she suggested we get keys to the pool, have them hold our bags and relax until the room was ready. She is the reason we would consider coming back for sure! Excellent customer service

Very disappointing stay Most of the staff was friendly and trying their best, so it's not fun to give such a bad review, but overall this was a poor stay and I would not recommend anyone stay at the Warwick Denver. To start, the entire hotel is pretty worn out and needs updating badly. Especially the beds, my mattress and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever had the misfortune to sleep on. The tub in the shower didn't drain while you were in there, housekeeping didn't come and attend to our room for 2 days of our 3 night stay even after direct requests to the front desk, and eventually after a second day of calling they finally came. We had to grab fresh towels off of the housekeeping carts every day (and they only give you 2 to begin with). The pool area was a lot dingier than I was expecting based on the photos, and the water was really warm which is the opposite of what you want on a hot day. There also weren't any towels and the staff member working at the pool bar had to keep asking someone to bring up fresh ones (again, the staff was lovely, but what is with the laundry/towels situation at this hotel??). The front desk was super weird with checkout. They were not busy at all when I checked out and said everything was done and I'd get an email receipt. Two hours later I still hadn't received it, so I called and was told that they hadn't actually finished checking me out of the system. I'm not sure if this was some way to sneak some extra charges in before I noticed, even though we didn't even touch the mini bar, but I'm glad I called because it felt sketchy. The person on the phone finished my checkout and I got my receipt, with the excuse that the desk must have been too busy when I initially checked out, which wasn't true as I was the only person there at the time. Honestly, I feel like the biggest issues with this place are poor management and outdated and dilapidated facilities. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I certainly won't stay there again.

Nice hotel but could still use a few more updates. Hotel was in a good area of Denver. Room was spacious and clean, and has been renovated. Could still use a few more updates to make it a true 4 star. Rooftop pool was fun but small. Experience was great for the price. Free drink coupons at check in were a nice touch.

Left a lot to be desired. Not worth the money. I was very excited to stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived I was disappointed. The front desk staff working were more concerned with flirting with each other than greeting me. The hotel was dated. Great space in the room but lots of finishing touches needed due to aging infrastructure. The lobby furniture was dingy. They were kind enough to give drink vouchers at check in. We didn’t use them b/c we weren’t loving the atmosphere of the hotel. That said, when I got home I got charged a resort fee. What??? I was never told this. When I called I was told it was for the drink tickets! Again… what? I would never stay here again based on the customer service alone! More than once I asked for recommendations and directions and the front desk attendant just shrugged their shoulders. On line a complimentary car service was advertised. I asked about this and was told they no longer offer this. So I’ve now been charged for drinks I didn’t drink and a car service that didn’t exist. Very disappointing.

do not stay at the Warwick! Warning!!!! Do not stay at the Warwick Denver!!! I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night. They charged my debit card twice plus charged me the $75 deposit fee twice. I went down in the morning to complain and they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I waited till the manager showed up and she said that my money would be put back on my card when I checked out it is now Thursday and the over $400 has not been put back on my debit card. I checked every night around 1 AM and it shows my money there but then the Warwick system takes it back out. This has happened for the past three nights now! I contacted my bank because this is fraud and they said that it shows the money going back in my account on Saturday. So that is seven days that the Warwick has stole $400 from me! Do not stay here do not stay here. Do not stay here!
