Modern clean hotel , restaurant not so good Convenient location for downtown Denver , easy and efficient check in. Room was very clean and modern , nice spacious balcony and rooftop swimming pool fantastic However , I wasn’t served at dinner, I was given a table then forgotten about, watched other guests come in after me and get served . Had to walk out after 20 minutes waiting and find somewhere to eat. I did mention it at reception on check out but person didn’t seem too concerned.

Do not recommend IHello i am Destiny Rodwell. I had called earlier Sunday May 4th, I left some valuable jewelry in the bathroom of room 1204 earlier today on accident. I checked out around 9am. It was a white gold necklace with three gold, white gold and rose gold hearts as well as a necklace with my wedding and a crystal point on it. These are sentimental and valuable and I'd just lie to focus base, I know I left them on the white table in the bathroom of the room, yet housekeeping didn't find them, I didn't have them in the ride home either, they were 100% accidently left in the room. I have the receipt for one necklace totally over $425 and unfortunately don't have my wedding ring receipt as it's been a decade but it was around $200 itself. Please I just want my jewelry back, it was a motherday present representing my kids whom I'm with full time. This was a once in a few years weekend away with my husband and for it to end with housekeeping not being honest and turning in my jewelry really blows.

Super duper! This was a lovely experience. The room was clean, and roomie. The balcony was a nice suprise. We loved our phenomenal welcome by Priya. She set the tone for the entire stay and we enjoyed every moment. 10/10 would recommend! We hope to return in the future.

Service and kindness Everything was good, including the room, service, cleanliness, etc. The restaurant was excellent. But I can specifically highlight the kindness at the reception. Daniela was particularly helpful with an issue I was having with my payment. She not only helped me but also solved the problem.

Very "OK" I've stayed before and once again had the same experience. The Good: It's convenient and not as expensive as the other more modern hotels in town. Nice to have a balcony. Nice to have a working coffee maker in room. Overall, mostly newer and neat (though there were some ants along the edge of the wall in the living area) The rest of the review is very mixed. The room was huge but oddly chopped up with nooks that had no apparent purpose. How about sticking a coat rack in one? Or at least some hooks/towel racks? How about an extra sink outside the bathroom? What about adding a 2nd full length mirror in another spot? Or a 2nd dresser and microwave? Most recently we stayed in a suite to accommodate another person on a pull out sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom was only a double which was uncomfortably small and too firm. The sheets were scratchy and the pillows were oddly lumpy. There were holes in the drapes. Several times we had to request housekeeping as they never cleaned our room once during our entire stay. Trash was never emptied. We had to request new towels twice. Had to also request sheets and bedding for the pull out sofa. The worst part of the room was the inconsistent hot water. The sink was completely cold water. Even after running the tub water for 10 minutes it never warmed up. Cold to lukewarm showers were the norm -- with a very brief window where the water suddenly got scorching hot (and at least could be adjusted to get my hair washed!) before turning cold again. Other than that, the Playboy legacy is overdone. I would modernize the decor and get rid of most of that except maybe in a select spot in the lobby. Kind of tacky now. Staff was fine. Elevators worked fine. But everything else was a big Meh.
