Friendly clean place to stay From chuck at the front desk . Friendly very professional and efficient. The rooms are very clean and breakfast was great . I would love Flavored coffee creamers but that’s me . They are renovating the breakfast area . So it should be even nicer.

This Hilton is off our go-to list Have tried to make this hotel work for us multiple times, but after the fire alarm went off 2 of the 3 times, and the front desk was less than professional with a service dog that almost jumped over the counter, it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience for us. We chose this hotel as we have 2 small dogs as well, but putting our dogs in jeopardy is not on my list. In addition, being told that we could not use the front entrance and MUST us the side doors because of our dogs, well this was not acceptable. BTW, that dog has been in training for quite some time…and to have it right at the front entrance to frighten Hilton’s guests is not a good best practice. We actually left this hotel after one night during this visit, checked out, and checked into a different hotel. This location is off our go to list.

Has the potential to be a great hotel I stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise. I picked this hotel because of the pool and then a week before we are to leave, I get notification that the pool is closed due to renovations. The renovations also included the lobby and breakfast area. While I appreciate they still set up breakfast for us in a conference room, air conditioning would have been nice. Due to the renovations and the pool closure, I feel I paid too much money for the room. Honestly, the room wasn't fantastic but more like acceptable. I would definitely stay again because the staff was very nice and courteous.

Don’t stay HERE! Worst customer service in the world, hotel under construction, the management team is awful. Warning, do not stay here. The front desk staff treated everyone rudely with no respect. This not hospitality.

Hampton Inn - Denville, NJ Stayed here a weekend in May of 2023. The staff was very rude, I was not given a choice of a room at the end of the hall as I am a very light sleeper. There was a wedding in the banquet room and I got about 2 hours of sleep because of drunk people walking and talking up and down the halls. Also, they did not tell me there change in policy about no maid service unless you ask for it. I stayed at this hotel for years, however, I think I am going to change to another hotel in the area. Courtesy is dead at this hotel.
