Comfort Inn & Suites Diamondale – Lansing

Good Hotel, terrible WiFi The hotel is nice. I haven’t had any problems with the rooms or the service. The only problem is the WiFi is the worst I’ve seen at a hotel so far. Takes 5+ seconds to load a webpage. I had to opt to use my phone hotspot. So if you’re on a business trip that requires WiFi I would avoid this hotel. It’s 2024 the world runs on the internet guys

Worst ever Worst place ever. I was scheduled for one night to study for exams and the fire alarms went off twice in the 24 hours. First time I left because I was unsure if it was a real fire but by the second time I just stayed because I was done being interrupted by false alarms. Service was very nice but I am pissed I spent 100 dollars for the place to constantly set off alarms.

Comfortable nice hotel Date of visit:  friday nov 10th  Clean  front entrance.   Front desk person was nice enough  Rooms decent enough.  Very adequate and clean.   The beds are big and soft.  They have protective sleeves enveloping the matrress to prevent BB infestations.   The beds have 4 medium size and mefium fluff fill. The beds are soft but structured and very comfortable.  They offered a very good nights sleep.   The bathroom is annoying.  Shower and toilet are  in one room and the space is very tight to close the door.  while sink and mirrors are inside the room.    The shower is at a decent height.  Water temp and pressure are very good.   There is plenty of onsight parking.  There is a fitness centre with a few pieces of equipment.   There is an indoor pool.  Neither pool or gym are open late.   Both were already closed when we arrived.    Breakfast is a simple buffet style.  It is only open till 9AM,  and contains waffles,  juices,  breads,  and eggs.    Overall the hotel could use an updating.  It is a little dated with a bit of disrepair - things like old carpet,  holes in the wall in several spots,  needing a new coat of paint.   There is no odour or mustiness in the hotel.  All Comfort inns are 100%smoke free. And we didnt notice any aroma of smoke (new or old) Wifi:  you use your email address to. Log in and i had difficulty getting online. But when i woke up,  the wifi was working great.   

Excellent stay! We had an excellent stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Dimondale. The room was clean, the pool was amazing, and the staff was 5 star. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Good stay Nice and clean room, though it was kind of cramped. We were just sleeping there one night so not an issue for us. Brian checked us in late in the evening and was great. We really appreciated his friendliness when checking us in. They had a selection of to-go items available at the desk for breakfast- pop tarts, instant oatmeal, packaged muffin, etc.
