Pleasantly surprised! I booked this hotel and then read the reviews here and wondered if I’d made a mistake. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated HUGE King-bedded Suite room. After staying here, I can’t believe the bad reviews are real. In addition to new furniture, carpet, bathroom fixtures, bed and perfect pillows, the room was well-insulated and I wasn’t bothered with any noise at any time during my stay even though my room was on the 2nd floor right near the entranceway. The staff was very friendly and demonstrated great customer service at every encounter. There are several restaurants within walking distance on a service road (so no fear of traffic). Free Grab and go breakfast (due to COVID-19) included muffins, oatmeal, granola bars, apples(Saran wrapped), orange juice, coffee and tea. My only complaint was litter (cups, fast-food bags) in the parking lot which didn’t give a good first impression. It was something I hadn’t seen in my travels so I wonder if the lack of a grounds-keeper is Covid related. (The litter was there when I arrived on a Thursday and still there 2 days later when I left.)

Don't stay here First, we are on the ground floor, steps from the front desk. I would think this die because we booked through another party, but I can clearly hear all our neighbors. That was in addition to the staff discussing and questioning customers requests and choices as I checked in. And mgr owner, not sure that is loudly taking phone calls in hallway Side door into next room wasn't locked. Air conditioning has a big puddle under it and doesn't work. It's plug has some electrical tape and buttons on plug I'm afraid to touch. So opened window out to the parking lot in the back creepy part of hotel. Window opens side to side and about 2 inches on the side with the screen. The other side without screen opens all the way. It seems fairly clean. Fridge wasn't plugged in. No extra garbage bags in the tiny room trash can. I have to stay here one night, how bad can it be? If it wasn't for my companion, I would leave hotel now at 11pm and hope for better sleep. Worst part, more expensive than I usually spend.

AVOID THIS PLACE Holiday Inn should be embarrassed to claim this property as part of their franchise! The pictures make it look like a nice place, which is not at all the case. It was late when we checked and the front desk worker was very friendly and got us our keys quickly. The rest of the experience was downhill from there. There is only one elevator and it is very slow. The entire lobby reaked of marijuana as did the hallways as we walked to our room. Our room door was not pulled shut all the way so we cautiously entered the room. After everything checked out OK we settled in for the night. The next morning my wife witnessed two arguments in the lobby - one over a guess not wearing a mask and another for no orange juice available at 8 am on Saturday morning. We quickly left the building and vow never to return to this hotel.

Good place and Location. I stayed there a few times on business. I find this is a good location not far from anything you may need. I've found the rooms to be clean the prices good. A lot of these rooms feature balconies. Even some of the least expensive ones. The staff is helpful and the free coffee and continental breakfast is good. Overall, a good place to stay.

Filthy Rooms & Horrible Service I was grossly overcharged for a disgusting room I never stayed in! I checked into a room that had hair all over the pillows and bed with mold in the bathroom tub and shower. The front desk moved me into another room which had bodily fluids all over the side of the bed and floor, and I stepped in it!!!! I packed my things and informed the front desk of the situation only to be treated poorly and was asked to escort the manger to the room and "prove" my allegation. I had photos on my phone that I attempted to show him, but he was not interested. I refused to escort him to the room being a female traveling alone and requested to be checked out and have my reservation canceled. None of the requests were completed. I was charged for all three nights and then charged again overdrawing my bank account! It took a week to get the funds returned to my bank account and the overdraft fees are still outstanding. I called corporate, the IHG rewards department and guest services, only to be transferred back and forth with no resolve for two weeks. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had with hospitality. The lack of professionalism, customer service and inhumane treatment I've received is unbelievable. This organization really needs to re-visit their practices, priorities and policies, this is shameful!!! Not only have they lost a customer but have left open opportunity to loose plenty more based on how poorly they've handled my situation.
