vacation trip I was in town and was visiting friends and family in the bay area. First time staying at the etended stay america in Dublin ca. I have stayed at other locations in different states and those stays were okay. This location was a great improvement on my previous stays with extended stay. My room was a king and was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to food courts and gas stations. The location is self is dated by the staff maintains it and was very clean.

Clean and friendly!!! Very nice and clean location. Very friendly and courteous staff. They always have a genuine smile on their face. Would love to stay here again when I visit this area next time. It's in close proximity to San Francisco outlets as well. There are a lot of restaurants close by.

Awesome, GM was super helpful The whole team is awesome. The manager Sarai was extremely supportive and helpful towards my family and I. She went out of her way to make me feel home away from home. I will definitely will be back and use the same location.

Big Mistake I made the mistake of staying here for one night to be closer to SFO for my flight the next day. Terrible choice! Here are the issues! 1) They only give shampoo if you ask. They told me it is a CA law but I stayed in another hotel in Vacaville the week before and they had shampoo etc in the room. Found out during my shower that they gave me two shampoos and no conditioner. 2) Room has a full kitchen but you have to ask for plates, utensils etc. I picked up takeout nearby and changed into my pjs to relax and eat and the realized the cupboards was bare. I called the front desk but they were too busy to drop off a plate and utensils so I had to go down and get them myself. Also during this trip was told that there were no coffee pots in the room. Again, you have to ask! I got back to my room with my stash and realized there was no cream and sugar for the coffee. Went down yet again and was given one drop of cream in a cup. When I asked for more I was told this was thick cream and should be sufficient ?? I think everyone has their own preference on how they like their coffee. You would think this employee owned the business by how stingy she was being. 3) So called breakfast was downstairs from 6-9.30 am. Got down there at 7.30 to small muffins and three packets of instant oatmeal. Yuck! The coffee pot was empty and I was told they didn’t have any more coming. No coffee during my whole stay! Oh, there was a cop car in the parking lot the whole night with it’s lights flashing! Worst hotel experience ever. Stay away!!!

Customer service excellence My stay was great, and the staff and service was commendable. This has been the best hotel experience for me by far, due to the overwhelming hospitality exemplified by certain staff members. One staff member in particular was very warming and attentive, I believe her name was Sarai. She was very helpful and welcoming, she is the epitome of customer service excellent. Not only was she attentive and helpful, but her sweet and kind personality made me feel right at home away from home. If I ever need to stay in the area again, Im definitely staying at Extended Stay America Dublin
