Horrible I got there and noticed it looks nothing like the pictures online. The landscaping looks like it's lacked a long time but I can get over that. The guy at the front desk I believe his name was Austin was very rude and had the attitude of me checking in to be an inconvenience to him. Had to deal with him twice and both times he was very rude. My dishwasher wouldn't work so when I went to explain this to the front desk all the doors to the lobby were locked at 7:15 that evening. I look around see the same guy Austin at the counter on his phone as I'm knocking on the door and he actually rolled his eyes. When he opened the door I proceeded to explain to him that my dishwasher wasn't working properly and he said ok wait here I'll call maintenance. He goes back in by the door doesn't call anyone doesn't text anyone he's close enough to where I can see what he's doing on his phone. Comes back after a few minutes and says sorry maintenance isn't answering and tells me there's nothing he can do. He never even attempted to call for maintenance. He then proceeded to tell me that I need to head back to my room because there is a new curfew for the hotel??? Apparently they have implemented a 7:00p.m. curfew for all customers of that hotel. All gates to the pool area are locked because of the curfew, you're not allowed to leave your little front door area. The kitchen area was dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned good in a while. Crumbs on the carpet, overflowing trash, and serving utensils were half-assed cleaned. I'm sorry but for the amount of money you're charging I shouldn't be lied to, subjected to a damn curfew or have to eat less than ok breakfast with dirty kitchenware. The next morning after passing on the breakfast I asked to speak to the manager Billie, she was very rude as well. When I asked about the curfew she confirmed that yes they do have a curfew and there is no socializing outside whether at the pool, hot tub or even by the fire after 7:00pm. When I told her about the kitchen/eating area she said if I didn't like it I can leave. This isn't good management or customer service practice. After speaking with a few permanent residents near me this is an ongoing thing with her and Austin. I was told they don't care, they're always rude to everyone including their staff and lots of people are leaving. I would stay clear of this hotel. It's definitely not worth it.

Significant Disappointment I specifically took my children there because it was listed as closet hotel to zoo with a pool and shuttle. Very few things they advertised as amenities were still available. Upon arrival I was informed the pool was closed, there was no shuttle and the evening reception was no longer being done. I had called for towels among other things that were missing and/or broken and was told I had to come get everything because of lack of personnel. The room included a kitchen that was poorly stocked and plates, etc were dirty. Stepping on dead bugs in the bedroom was the last straw. The staff was very friendly and that is the only thing I can say positive other than location. They place is very run down and in severe need of updating. it is also right next to highway and the road noise was horrific through poorly insulated walls and doors. I found out the last day we were there while waiting at the front desk that they are not taking any more reservations at this time because they are going to close for renovations. I do not recommend this hotel now or every because they false advertised and were not forthcoming with their plans. Regardless of renovations I will not stay there again.

Awesome Location for Family and Pets This location is a great option for a family on a budget who may also have pets. I would also recommend this location for a family with disabled children. The kitchen allowed for is to be able to perpare our own meals, walk to the AMC theater, and watch DVDs in the room. Having the extended room with addition bed(s) made it possible for us to pay the price for one room but actually had two bed rooms. The pet packages are great for stayers who need to bring the dog along. We were very happy with our stay

Lynne We enjoyed our time at cloverleaf and would recommend it, to fur baby families. We used the pet package. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plan to stay again on our next trip to Columbus. Easy to find, close to the exit off the highway.

Excellent Great place to stay I love the area and we love the staff they were awesome _. We had to leave early because of the winter storm ⛈ coming. Once we explained the the staff they understand and gave me half of my money back. Great customer service.
