Excellent Service by Tangela Jordan. Thank you! I had a group of 20 that stayed for 2 days. The service was great. Tangela Jordan the sales director did an amazing job of taking care of my group. She called me several times to make sure that everything was ok. She is the reason my group will return to this property. I will even schedule a staycation at this property.

Bad Service Not surprising with Hotels in GA overall, but as expected, I was not told that the housekeeping was only rendered every 2 days as such, I had to ask for the towels on the second day. I've also noticed at the time that there was no soap, so I assumed that it will be filled the next day when it is cleaned, but to my surprise the room was not cleaned on the 3rd day!! I asked why the room was not cleaned, but all I got back was a simple message that it will be cleaned the following day~!! I check out THE FOLLOWING DAY! I just felt like the staffs there really do not care or even pay the slightest attention to the patrons needs! I really didn't feel comfortable, so I just checked out a day early since I was able to find an earlier flight home. This is not the first time I've stayed there, but the service has not improved even after the pandemic!!!

Friendly staff…that’s about it. Where to start… First the good…staff seemed friendly Now the not so good… although the hotel was provided my company visa they for some reason used the credit card stored within my Hilton rewards account. I was able to get the charge reversed and credited but a bit of a hassle. I get to the room, leave for company dinner and upon returning to room find out there was no TV remote. Again, another hassle. They were able to get me a remote eventually. Drain in shower super slow so always standing in ankle deep water. This was not reported so nothing done to fix. I had a room with 2 beds. When trying to figure out which pillow was ‘right’ for me I flipped one over to find a rather large blood stain. Picture attached. Again I did not report but the pillowcase was changed during room service. However it did get me wondering when/if they actually look change the linens!?!?! Like many other hotels, breakfast bland and overpriced. Overall the hotel looks old and dated. They attempted to put lipstick on the pig but it is still a pig. I would not stay again.

Needs Improvement I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and room service amenities which were both advertised amenities. First, my husband’s Hilton honor status was not acknowledged nor was he given the complimentary water at check-in. Secondly, the website needs to be updated ASAP because there is NO room service. This was a huge disappointment considering the 2 amenities that I mentioned earlier were the only reason for me selecting this hotel. The third thing was that the water in the indoor pool was not only ice cold but overly chlorinated. The fourth and final thing was the super uncomfortable bed. My husband and I both woke up sore. The mattress was too firm. Overall, I don’t see myself staying again because there were just too many negatives but the hotel room was extra clean and it was nice. I won’t deter anyone from staying here based on my experience. My advice to the hotel would be to update the website to correctly reflect amenities.

Don’t expect much My rating does not include the employees- the employees were lovely. Let’s begin with the fitness room. The equipment is rusty, broken, lacking and crammed. They are missing the 20# weights, the treadmill was actually cracked and the elliptical is only there for looks. A few of my colleagues also used the equipment and were disappointed as well. It’s dark and dank in there. This alone would be a reason I would never return. It was cold when we arrived but the heater was cranked up in the hotel to an uncomfortable (sweat anyone?) setting. The door in the bathroom slammed behind me every time I opened it. I am not the only one who had to prop my bathroom door open at night with the iron. Happy hour will leave you sad. Go to a bar or better yet, go across the street to Embassy Suites for a better one. The employees deserve a better place to work. They all work hard and are extremely helpful. This is a basic hotel with basic amenities and basically provides you with a place to sleep.
