Super 8 by Wyndham Dumfries/Quantico

Very quiet and comfortable and everybody's polite I've come here three times so far and every time they were polite to me good to me the cleaning stuff was great I've heard about the crime element around here it has been diminished on this hotel it's very quiet and safe now you can walk to the gas station without homeless people hanging around they got everybody gone the beds are clean and comfortable plenty of hot water I brought my own coffee pot travel with that so not a problem they don't have any of that but all in all everything works great I'm in I'm a smoker I can't complain about the smoke but everybody else does but other than that everything's great and I thank you very much for taking care of me

Breakfast is minimal The good: Room was clean & nice, good A/C, fridge, micro. Bathroom fully handicap accessible. The bad: No coffee maker in room, the only table in the room had the TV on it, and the TV did not work. No ice, ice machine was broken. No breakfast area with tables and chairs. Breakfast was cereal bars, yogurt, muffins, juice & coffee.

I AM HERE AND I SEE THE BEAUTY QUEEN IS REAL BEAUTY QUEEN I have to tell you my beautiful relax joyful moment of my journey with this little Queen of clean neatness and supper organized and stylish motel in the heart of Dumfries Quantico military FBI base of US I have been so relaxed, free spirit and peaceful after 18 days litterley serving the streets of Skyline war zone of unknown ppl , I am inlove with this room and motel. What a class of mix culture ppl in this town have brought into the neighborhood. I dis grw up in my twenties here and now the town have become the most incredible business place w multicultural different groups ppl. Everyone its been so polite and kind to me that is so important to my public relation with different people of all kind. I will give 5 star and I would love to see the day this little Queen have become the Queen of all motels in the world. I believe that is how you do with keeping the motel straight/ clean and organized with super intelligence in management GO girl you did ....... WELL DONE SUPER *8***** I am so proud of such staff and management in charge, I dont want to live the Queen ever. Great experience and great spirit around the area. PLEASE USA STAY LIKE THIS ALWAYS SUPPER * Management u have my 5 STAR for ever .

Poor customer service. The event I was attending was cancelled the day before the event was to start. I contacted Agoda customer service request a cancelation and a refund of the room. Agoda advised that they would not cancel the reservation or refund the room fee as the cancelation did not fall in their window for canceling a reservation. I explained that the event had been cancelled this morning and I cancelled as soon as I knew of the cancelation of my event. They refused to refund my room fee. Agoda advised me to contact the hotel and request a refund. I contacted the hotel and was advised that they could not refund the room fee as I had booked the room through Agoda and Agoda would have to provide a refund . I went through this cycle again with the same results. I would advise anyone booking a room through Agoda to look elsewhere as they have terrible customer service.

Great super 8 They hve no problem with check-in and for the person coming in off the road, tired, sleepy etc, that is one if the most important aspect of a hotel business room service is on time and great experience.
