Do not stay here! DO NOT STAY HERE. $200 for a night. We couldn’t stay after we saw our room. Filthy. Pool was out. I had called Tuesday to confirm the pool would be open. Hole in the shower! I’ve contacted customer service, still waiting. The sheets had green on them, mold?? Worst hotel I’ve ever booked.

“Quality” Inn is a joke and NEVER TRUST PRICELINE We booked 2 rooms with Priceline and did their “here’s 3 hotels you’ll get one of these”. First mistake. I’ll never trust Priceline again for this. We Paid $150 per room for this “Quality” Inn room. OMG were we screwed on the price. AT BEST, should have been $150 for 2 rooms together. This hotel is HORRIBLE. First off, location is horrendous. Right next to a busy highway...loud truck noise all night long. Second, upon arrival we learned their internet had been down for 5 days. Third, the room...was awful. Bathroom lights flickered constantly. Gave us headaches by being in there. Room was old and dirty...bathroom..ugh...maybe that’s why the lights were so dim and flickering. Tv had ONE CHANNEL....ONE! Free Breakfast? What a joke. Nothing warm..no hot eggs, sausage nothing...basically cereal and cold store bought danishes. If you are offering this type of breakfast you should say it’s a Continental Breakfast at best. I called Priceline to complain....haha oh I’m so sorry was what I got. No refund..nothing. So...if you’re going to Durant, Oklahoma...stay far away for this “Quality Inn” and NEVER trust PRICELINE to get you a hotel room.

Ridiculous I am a nurse at the hospital in Durant and needed a room to stay in due to icy weather, Booked room night before stay after working all day I tried to check in to room that had been prepaid 36 hours prior. The front desk clerk informed me they didn’t have any rooms and that they called and spoke with my credit card company I booked room through and told them to refund money that I didn’t have a phone number on file for them to contact me. I was upset and told them I had to give my phone number when I booked and had confirmation number. She then told me they had been trying to call me all day and I didn’t answer.

Poor housekeeping Check in and the guy working the front desk was very helpful and polite. I was assigned a room downstairs and that was great because they do not have an elevator. Went into the room and checked the bathroom and the tub was nasty with dirt and hair. I decided not to make a deal of it and cleaned it up myself. The tub drain was also stopped up. There was trash in the can. I went to go check the bed and as I pulled the cover back the smell of urine hit me bad so I pulled the top sheet off the bed and on the mattress cover there was a huge yellow pee stain. On my way out of this room you could see into the hall thru a gap by the door. Went to the front got a new room upstairs. Went in and check the bed it was OK now onto the bathroom and same issue with dirt all in the tub and hair all over the tub. Also hair all over the floor very bad, no bath mat, sink had dried spit and hair all over. I was done so I delt with it. Upon checking out the girl up front would not even get out of your chair and I could barely see her over the counter and she just slipped the receipt across the counter and said have a nice day. Did not ask anything about my stay.

My first solo stay at a hotel Staff was great, room was clean and bed was so comfy, only complaint I have was breakfast….out of coffee at 7 am, oatmeal packages all have little holes in the that look like mice got into them, and not enough waffle batter to make a waffle. But all in all I would visit again.
