Actor - Michael Angelo Hodge I spent several nights at this hotel and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and accommodating attitudes of all the staff. Also, it was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

A sewage paradise As we walked in to check inn the smell off sewage water takes over the area. We stayed there and the toilet stopped everyday and sewage water. Breakfast was a brown bag with a child's size muffin. No bathroom tissue not toiletries. We had to stay because we are handicapped and could not move much. No pool either

One night atay Booked a balcony room for just one night for a break in my drive home after a long drive. Check in was fast and easy with a very nice front desk clerk. Had room 350 and it was very big and clean. Nice big balcony. Bed was very comfy. Due to Covid 19 breakfast was a to go bag. I would definitely stay here again if passing through.

Good and bad The hotel is on a busy highway so there is vehicle noise. The front desk was very nice and informative. The hotel smelled like sunscreen which was ok to me. Better than some funky hotel smell. The room was very large which was nice. The bathroom was kind of small and semi updated. The shower head needed better water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and the couch was ok too. The room needed more lighting though. After the sunset it was very dimly lit. There was a balcony, which was an awesome surprise! Even if it faced the parking lot and the road, it was great to be able to walk outside and drink coffee in the morning. As for the bad, the room wasn't cleaned very well. There was sunflower seeds in the closet, candy wrapper, and a pen just under the bed skirt that were easily seen if it was moved at all. There was also ants! At first I thought maybe they came in through the sliding door, but now I think it was the lack of cleaning. There was even one in the bed! The linens were also stained and so were some of the towels. I was told there would be grab-and-go breakfast until 9:30 am but when I went down at 9:00 there was nothing anywhere.

Good and bad I'd like to give this hotel a higher rating but simply cannot. Truth of the matter is that during the week this hotel is used by many contractors. At night during the week you will find many many empty cases of beer strewn around the trash cans in the corridors of the hotel. If you want to get your laundry done you need to have it in the machines by 3pm because those same contractors will be coming in after that in a line to get theirs done as well. Only 1 wssher and 1 dryer (coin-op) available. During this time of covid there is no hot breakfast available. The hotel does offer a bagged breakfast and a variety to choose from but, no thank you. No vending machines on the upper floors for drinks so you'll be traveling down to the front desk to purchase a can of soda for $1. The decor of the hotel itself needs some work. It looks nice from the outside but inside is pretty drab with worn furniture in the sitting area. If the hotel paid attention to the small details it would make the stay better for their guests. Wallpaper everywhere is marked and scratched up as if it has been run into several times by those roll around luggage carrying carts and never replaced (upper and lower decks plus the lobby). You can actually see the dust laying on areas which are easily cleaned but none the less ignored by the staff. The corridors themselves are not air conditioned so they're pretty stifling especially this time of year. I checked to see if the air conditioner on our end of the corridor could be turned on and it did not appear as if it has worked in quite a while. The accomodations: I booked a double queen room for myself and son for a local baseball tournament. The room is quite spacious and offers a tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee pot. The air conditioner in the room kept it cozy. The beds themselves are comfortable. The maid service was done daily with fresh towels, soap and washcloths left daily. Thats where the praise ends. The room itself is pretty dirty. It is habitable but not clean. There are stains and other things on the walls, on the sofa cushions and of course on the floor. The bathroom is ok on its size (great water pressure and plenty of hot water by the way) but as I've stated before, details. Towel rack is falling off, stains on the ceilings, general cleanliness, mildew in the cracks of the shower, shower curtain torn, etc. Thursday night was a pleasant stay (except for the plethora of alcoholic containers puled around the trash can). Friday night the atmosphere changed as the odor of marijuana was in the elevator and down out corridor. It wasn't overwhelming but if youre not supposed to smoke cigarettes (which are legal) why in the hell would you want people smoking marijuana (which is illegal)? To their credit whoever was smoking the dope attempted to mask the odor with that crappy spray they buy from the head shops that doesn't work but hey, they're nose blind anyways. Saturday night was the worst of the 3 nights we stayed in that they moved some noisy folks in to the room upstairs and I could hear screaming coming from the pool area after the pool was supposed to be closed. Definitely a different vibe as it seemed like children were here on the weekend versus contractors during the week. Overall the stay was comfortable. The hotel should be giving their workers major kudos because they were extremely welcoming and pleasant. We will not be staying here again unless there is an extreme update done. Attention to detail folks, it's uncommon but not hard to accomplish.
