Great The front desk attendant was nice as could be and room was pretty comfortable I would most definitely stay again it’s super close to my family area and super close for food convenience as well as long as gas station also definitely will come back again

DESPICABLE. Please NEVER stay here. Stay ANYWHERE else. They stole $132 from me. I’ve genuinely never experienced anything like this before. I don’t even know if/how it’s legal. My bf and I paid $82 for one night and had an additional $50 deposit held (not charged) for incidentals. Upon entering the parking lot, there were literally two drug addicts getting into a physical altercation in the lot and outside the door. I ignored this and hoped the room would be ok, after all it was just one night. We checked in and got to our room and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were new different people screaming outside the window. So after about ten minutes I realized my asthma wasn’t going to make it through the night there and we went back to the front desk agent (who was very nice to us) and we politely told her what was going on and asked if we could just cancel and be refunded. As I had booked through booking.com it was, of course, not going to be that easy. But the manager was right there in the lobby and looked me in my face and told me he’d have no problem refunding me for the troubles. After spending another half hour on the phone with booking.com I was told that once the manager at the hotel approved the email they sent me, I would be refunded the $82 and the $50 deposit wouldn’t be charged. After a couple days I had still not been refunded and so I contacted the hotel to try to remind the manager that he needed to check the email and approve it. Instead he talked over me, raised his voice at me and refused to listen to the one sentence I was trying to get through to him. He was an entirely different person to me over the phone. I am not doing well financially and to have $132 stolen from from this awful greedy person has been really awful. Please DO NOT listen to any of these false reviews. This is a terrible place run by awful humans and I deeply regret trusting that they would be kind and refund me my own money.

Outstandingly bad I am 58 years old and have circumnavigated the world. This is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Kind of an experience if you're looking for that. Recommended if you're about to go to jail or basic training. It will make those experiences seem easier. Cleaning and repair services appear non-existent. Many repairs needed upon check-in. Roach found by garbage can immediately upon check in.

Beware. This review is worth reading Beginning of stay was great. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Then it’s downhill. An employee will modify your reservations to higher price if booked direct. I have all original reservations. They have charged my card without anyone being present for $141 that wasn’t due. They charged me a daily safe fee and I had no safe in my room. I have been trying to contact manager and get resolved for days and they give you the runaround. One employee removed my email from receiving receipts so I wouldn’t notice the change and actually sent me a receipt from his Hotmail with his picture attached like I wouldn’t notice. After I contacted corporate miraculously I started receiving receipts again. He cancels your original reservation and makes a new one for increased price. They have stolen over $200 I am in the process of recovering. I have documentation proving all of this and am hoping the manager or owner sees this and contacts me. I just left property yesterday because of all trouble. I will be happy to edit review if employee is dealt with and what is due to me is returned. The majority of staff was a pleasure to deal with.

Do not trust this hotel This hotel and Hopper, a travel booking agency, lie in their terms and conditions. Hopper claims you can change or cancel your reservation at no cost up to 24 hours before you go. You can’t. When you call Hopper, they say the hotel won’t honor my requested changes. I booked a 6 night stay 3 days from now, well within the terms and conditions, and want to cancel 1 of my 6 night. Hopper claims the hotel won’t allow it unless I cancel the whole reservation and rebook it — at $40 a night more! This is insane. Both parties are guilty of not abiding by the cancellation policy. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.
