Bathroom maintenance issues See earlier comments. I have no desire to repeat my comments (twice). Management should have a system in place to follow up and address complaints such as these.

Recent Stay With been staying here for quite awhile and they have a new front desk manager and General Manager that have recently started and are committed to making things better give them a chance. Always been treated with respect.

Horrible driver and bugs in hotel The stay was ok lots of bugs in the hotel no one cared when we brought it up. The worst thing was the ride on the shuttle to the airport a gentleman with a blue jacket and bald head was John or Don us yesterday morning and he was the most unsafe driver I’ve ver been with. First not paying attention while he was driving looking in the rear view mirror talking about things we didn’t understand pulling onto the freeway he merged with traffic not seeing the car right next to us. We had to say look out or he would have hit the car. He got flustered and said don’t worry about my driving we were fine. Towards the end of the ride I looked at the speedometer and he was going almost 80. Not Ok. When we arrived we had to sit in the van and listen to him explain how to get in the airport we just wanted out of the van. Would rather walk back when we get back rather than ride again with to is hotel. Husband called hotel spoke to young woman and she said the manger would call us when she got in in the afternoon. No call figures.

Low end hotel and doesn’t offer the one service people book it for. Booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and parking. When we went to schedule our airport shuttle we were informed they don’t run shuttles until 5 AM, which was the time of our departing flight. Hotel is as you expect for a Days Inn

almost missed flight due to promised transfer We stayed at Days Inn as part of a stay and fly as our flight to Mexico was at 6AM we were assured we would have a ride to the airport at 4AM which is cutting it mighty slim was down in the lobby about 3:50AM and waited, talked to Jerome he said if scheduled driver would be there, 4:15 rolled around by then panic ensued Jerome stepped up to the plate and gave us a ride. had it been 10 min later we would have missed our flight Thank You Jerome as it turned out they had not scheduled our transfers either way and could have been a disaster. Thus the poor review
