Terrible place to stay Non-smoking facility, but the room smelled like someone had been smoking. There were burn marks on the bathtub. I tolerated it, but the next morning went to take my shower and the dang cold water facet was not working, just had scalding hot water. The cleaning people should have checked this. Also, on many of the electrical outlets, only one of the plug ones worked. This place is not ready for travelers. Terrible room! I did not realize how bad it was until the next morning when I went to take a shower and the the cold water facet DID NOT work. Just had hot water. I am sure you are going to say, "why didn't you call maintenance?", well, I am in the shower with no clothes on and had to go to work. You think I was going to wait around for maintenance? All functions should be working in your rooms. All the electrical plugs that I tried only had either the top or the bottom plug working. Is this a safety issue?

Bad place Start by cleaning the place once a year. How do I know it hasn't been clean? Phone still have the splatters from the last time you painted the room. Stains on the drapes. AC not working but, it may not be the ac that is not working. Is the big gap you have on the front door. One more thing, replace the mattresses at least once every decade. You need pictures? Worst hotel stay ever As a Wyndham card holder this has being the nastiest room I’ve stayed in. I asked to be changed but they said they were booked.

Good but can be better Small detail that can make it better like a better breakfast (more food not only complement for coffee time), maintaining on bathroom and better cleaning in bathroom and pool area But service was excellent
