This is what it's about ! Jammal and Angelic are the best . I travel alot and it isn't often that from the start u are greeted with smiles , Warmth from the exhausted staff . This is a busy property with alot to offer and going on . To see the staff during midday yet in great spirits ,professional with they appearance and conversations speaks for the management and the morale at this property . You can tell they enjoy what it is that they do and it makes you feel special when they attend to you sooooo THANK YOU Goes out to the both of You! My room was beautiful and spacious I was given fresh cookies at the registration counter. I was informed on what was happening around the area (for I do not live in atl ). And no matter how many questions The staff politely address all my needs while still being attentive to the guest in the lobby . Never breaking they stride or energy. . If this place was a dump I wld still come back Just to see them ! Hi fives You guys got an awesome dynamic crew! Thank you both for just being you . I was having a bad day you guys changed my attitude! Management needs to highlight these super stars ! In hotel business the front desk makes and breaks an guest experience ,people are quick to shame an establishment It isnt often do you hear others give notoriety and praise! Staff put up with alot of unwanted disrespect and I just want to thank them for always coming back ! So , I hope that your Management award you properly Blow this email up and place in you guys front lobby ! Friendly and welcoming I would like to pay a compliment to everyone who works at the front desk, but especially to Angeles and Bria. I stay here very frequently for business travel, and these two ladies always make me feel so welcome. I would also like to compliment James, the gentleman who cooks breakfast. He is so friendly, greets everyone with a big smile, and is always ready with a good story. It is employees like this that keep me coming back to this property in spite of frequent housekeeping issues.

Chaos After Flight Delay 1 person should not alone to handle surges of airline hotel reservations. Answering phones and checking in 50-60 people is bad for worker and guest. Larissa held it down though. Lobby ceiling had two leaks and poor plaster work over it. Shuttle is nice. Soft sheets.

Dirty and old Not sure where these 5-star reviewers are seeing that I don’t. Room is one of the oldest and dirtiest I have stayed at the common chain hotels. The bath tub is clogged, so is the sink. Carpet color is brown to yellow, after layers of use. No wonder there are very few photos on the web. Bathroom door can’t be kept open, and no ventilation, so extremely stuffy inside. No idea why I stayed here.

Filthy Room… I’m very surprised this hotel had the previous high ratings. My room was old and filthy. The curtain valances were caked with white greasy globs of something. A previous guest threw soup there and housekeeping couldn’t care less. The floor lamp was knocked over when I first entered the room. Carpet had at least four cigarette burns and nail polish stains. The dining table had smears of old food. If I wasn’t so tired and weren’t so late I would’ve ran out. I woke up early and checked out right away. I let the front desk know about the filth, but she couldn’t care less once again. Holiday Inn should be ashamed. This place is a disgrace.
