Worst Experience EVER If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. We were driving back from North Carolina and arrived at the hotel at 12:15am. I had a reservation all set and ready to go. We got there and the doors were locked. For the record, I had 3 kids with me in the vestibule. There was a phone to contact someone at the front desk so I picked it up and let them know we were ready to check in. The girl was super rude and told me we don’t check anyone in past midnight. I told her I had a reservation with TripAdvisor and she went on to reiterate that they don’t check anyone in after midnight and to call whoever I made the booking through. So i of course then called TripAdvisor, only to be told that the hotels policy is to check in at 3 PM, which is why they wouldn’t check us in. This is absolute BS. Every hotel in existence has a check in time where you go there after that time, but if you have a reservation, you get there when you get there, as long as it’s after check in time. This was truly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Nowhere on the website did it say anything of that nature whatsoever. I will never use TripAdvisor again, nor will I ever book with an extended stay hotel. I’ll be sure to let everyone and anyone I know about my experience.

Great experience, no issues, friendly, clean, had fun :) Everything was great, little family trip to the America Dram mall across the road, staff was amazing, hotel is a bit outdated but clean and sufficient for my need, affordable. This isn't a standard hotel, the front desk said it's geared toward very long term stays apparently which is nice to know. I'll be back around July for an event at the MetLife. Kudos to the team!

DO NOT STAY HERE If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I was told if I called 30 minutes ahead the day of my check I would be able to get an early check in time. When I called I was told that was not possible. However, other people were able to get an early check in. The sheets in the room were dirty, unfortunately I did not see that until it was midnight and too late to call for a change of sheets. The bathroom was dirty and when I tried taking a shower the curtain was not put on properly and water sprayed out of the shower on to the floor creating a puddle. The cabinets in the bathroom were dirty and had a dirty rag still left in it. The bathroom door was unable to fully close or lock. When attempting to check out there was no one there to do the check out process. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would actually like a refund for my stay.

Health risk The absolute worse stay ever. The health department will be called. First they got our rooms wrong, then all of a sudden they had 1 room left that I had to pay for cause we had no choice, that room smelled from the hallway!!! Was dirty and hadn't been clean. We switch to another room and surprised, bedbugs. Alarms were going off all night(person with heart condition with us almost had to be taken to hospital) dogs are allowed and found feces in the hallway carpet several.times, no refund given. This place should be shut down !!

Waiting for refund!!!! I was charged by Priceline & the Hotel. This is a big scam. I want my refund!!! $223. I have repeatedly called and spoken to Chase the hotel Mgr and he told me Priceline did not pay them. This is not true. Both parties are not willing to issue my refund. I am disgusted.
