No. Just no. Simply put: the dirtiest, most neglected, outdated hotel I have ever been in. Carpet filthy, bedding filthy, bathrooms moldy, HVAC dusty and moldy, water dripping from the ceiling, grounds and facilities falling apart. Weirdly, cars come and go from the parking lot throughout the night, not sure why so many cars doors are slamming and keyless car locks are beeping at 2:00 and 3:00 AM. Wyndham Resorts & Hotels that owns the Days Inn brand should be embarrassed by this place. My advice: sleep in your car, you'll feel safer and be better rested.

Sleep in your car instead If you have to stop in East Stroudsburg, be sure not to stop at this hotel. A lot of shady things go on here. It was pretty bad you’re better off just to sleep in your car. I swear some homeless people are living under the steps where my room was I was afraid to go up. It was 12:30 in the morning and I was alone.

Wyndham days inn east Stroudsburg Dirty rooms, this place is terrible. have blankets with out cigarette burns for your quest. Cleanliness has to be improved to the max. The vents are dusty and black the walls had bloody mucus on it. The floors were dirty. My experience at this place was just disappointing and I'm disgusted. The reason I stood was because the was no rooms available anywhere else for winter fest. I honestly would of slept in the car if it wasn't so cold.

Moldy, dirty, and not safe, but comfortable bed Stayed two nights in room 255. . BUT: The carpet was very stained. Every piece of furniture was either damaged or broken (like they picked it up along the road damaged). The bathroom had much mold around the caulk joint of the bathtub. And the ventilation system (a recirculating self-contained unit) had much mold in the return duct (took swab for lab testing as that is what I do). Also to note that the room never got below 75 degrees, even with the system set to "cool". Had to open the door to the outside and put fan in doorway to cool room down. The floor lamp did not work at all and the refrigerator would not keep food safely cold. But the mold in the air handling system was very bad. We both had reactions to it the next morning. So that night we ventilated the room with a fan in the door and left the system off. No reaction the next morning. Oh, and the smoke detector was disconnected in the "non-smoking" room Hmmmm. On reporting the observations and experience to the clerk there was no reaction. I think they have become immune. We only stayed here because the other hotel was full and Wyndham Rewards (where I make my reservations when I travel here) recommended this place. Do not let kids run around unattended as there is no safety rail on the 2nd floor exterior walkway. THE GOOD: The beds were clean (no observable critters) and comfortable (very firm) and I did like the pillows. Water was warm enough for a shower. Ample parking but very few security lights. Electronic key card locks work well and there is a good deadbolt lockset.

Cheapest hotel in the area BUT you get what you pay for!! The room we had was the worst one we have had yet at this hotel. We stay here about once a month for medical appointments. This particular room was more stained the others. The bathtub had many rust spots, the carpet was stained and melted at spots, the ceiling tiles were stained, the toilet seat was a different shape then the toilet, but worst of all, we could not control the heat. We actually had to open the door in January because it was so hot in the room. When we told the front desk person, he could not seem to understand my English and said the rooms had to set warm for everyone's comfort. It was not comfortable, It was hot!! No apology, nothing!
