Clean and nice location Very nice and clean location. Lisa the manager was very knowledgeable. All the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay there again in the future. Although this site does not have breakfast, that was fine with me. They have coffee and dishes I can bring to my room.

Mediocre at best The place was ok I guess. Nothing really to write home about. Oh yeah, if you book here thinking you will get anything that remotely resembles breakfast, think again. I saw none. I don’t mean it was a small or bad breakfast, I mean nothing. I went to ask the front desk at like 8:45, no one was there. I mean there was a roll down window closed at the desk and there wasn’t a person there. I booked 3rd party and both here on TA and on 3rd party sites, free breakfast is listed. I paid more for that amenity and it was not to be found. Piss poor communication. Thank god I didn’t need anything major at 9 AM, the front lobby was a ghost town. Won’t be staying here again, I’ll book elsewhere.

Eden Prairie solution Positives: 1. The front desk staff were kind and helpful to me on many fronts, especially responding to my (limited) requests. 2. The room was clean at move-in. 3. The housekeeping and maintenance staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. 4. This is Minnesota, and mother nature dumped a ton of snow on us this winter! Fortunately the Hotel arranged for a Bobcat front- end loader/ snowplow, and they managed to get the large parking lot cleared of snow about as fast as possible. There are a few exceptions for some cars that didn't clear out of their parking spaces in time. 5. Coin op Laundry room was pretty clean and worked well, although even one or two plastic chairs would be nice to sit on while doing the loads if I wanted to stay there. 6. The solid adaptive/ handicap railings in the bathroom of my unit were very much appreciated! 7. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was fine! Constructive comments: 1. The refrigerator/freezer doors are set up in reverse- in other words, the doors open towards the wall by the door instead of into the room. The makes it extremely difficult to access the food inside. It looks like the doors have reversible hinge screw-in points on both sides. It would be nice to have maintenance take the hinges apart and switch the door over to open up into the kitchen, rather than into the wall. I was very surprised that someone on staff didn't spot and correct this obvious error long ago. 2. The microwave was set up inside a shelf below the stove top, about 14" above the kitchen floor. That meant that you'd basically have to get down on your knees to even see or access the unit. When I expressed concern, a maintenance guy came in the next day, removed the burner heads, and placed the microwave on top, balanced by a couple of light wood slats to raise the microwave above the stove top dial controls. That made it functional, but only barely, and no stove top cooking was available as a result. 3. The room card key codes are apparently designed to "expire" every week, but I never knew that, and once I did, it wasn't clear when that would happen, or why it had to happen at all when I'm checked for an extended stay (month or more)? 4. The ESA web site and pop up comments on the TV each indicated that "Free grab and go breakfasts" were available, but that valued perk is unfortunately not available at this location at all. That was very disappointing. 5. It would be great to have some sort of simple shelf or storage space in the bathroom for toiletries. Otherwise, everything ends up balanced on the sink or toilet top, or on the floor. 6. Since I'm in a handicap unit, I found the heavy front door difficult to hold open, especially to get my walker in and out. The small rubber jamb in the room couldn't hold the door AT ALL. The staff fashioned a tiny wood floor jamb. It "sort of" worked, but I went and bought a big rubber door jamb or my own at Wallgreens to hold the door in place when needed.

Aweful treatment by front desk!!!! We had made reservation for one night 6/24 through a third party (Priceline). When I went to check in it was about 945pm and when I entered I didn’t see anyone at first and had to look over the desk and the desk clerk was sitting on the floor putting the toilet paper in the cupboard. He never acknowledge me standing there, when I stated I was there to check in he looked at me and said “we’re full”. I replied that we had a reservation and he replied “I know we’re full!!”. He kept putting toilet paper away and turned away from me. When I stated we had already paid for the room and asked who I should talk to he just replied “Priceline” then he turned away and put toilet paper away. He never looked my way again. He never stood up to talk to me directly or help me try and resolve the issue. I have never had anyone be so rude and disrespectful!!!! His tone and manners were sooo disrespectful!!!
