A truly amazing bargain Yes the Holiday Inn Express in Edgewood MD is a bargain but this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were travelling to Annapolis and chose this hotel on the basis of brand and price. Our room was spotless, roomy, and confortable. The hotel location is excellent being near the highway, yet the room was quiet. The room rate includes a full breakfast (eggs, sausages, etc), and we hit the road when we checked out with a coffee. Choose this hotel as a safe place for you and your family to use as a hub for visits to places near the Chesapeake Bay.

Great & clean hotel Very clean hotel. Newer or upgraded. Breakfast was nice. Front desk people were very nice. Pillows were soft. Bed was comfy. Liked that they had flavored creamers for coffee. Would give it 5/5 but we are extremely reserved in giving 5/5. It was almost there.

Nice hotel Nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Free breakfast. Stayed long enough to sleep and eat breakfast. Breakfast was free and decent. Workers made sure we had enough to eat before they pulled all the food. Was a higher priced hotel compared to normal. We stayed in June of 2023. Best night of sleep we had our entire trip. Would stay again.

TVs don’t work. TVs have to be reset every night by hand. This is really inconvenient when you get back after a day of work. It takes about 5 minutes to reset. You have to get behind the tv and find a little red button on the back of the cable box, then push it. Then turn tv off and on, then wait at least 5 minutes. Have to do this every day, else tv does not work.

Good stay Safety was my number one concern and had zero issues. The hotel was showing signs of aging... stained tubs, and chaise lounges in the room but well maintained. Quiet nights even though it seemed to be well occupied and staff was always kind.
