What a mess I was very disappointed, room was smelling like urine and smoking cigarettes and I told the staff and they didn’t even bother

Motel did not honor room type booked I booked an accessible room thru Wyndham. My wife is in a wheelchair and really needs an accessible room. When we checked in late after flying all day, no accessible rooms were available! The motel had 3 accessible rooms but there were young guys in them. The front desk put us in a ground floor room. The room was nice enough but not very clean. Good A/C, comfy bed, Breakfast was coffee and boiled eggs!

Stay Floor was dirty the complex looked a mess .. bath room door was broken .. no breakfast … beds were dirty

Hotel residence When I drove up to the hotel, I realized the top floor was inhabited by customers who lived at the hotel long-term. There was a sign on the office door advertising the cheapest rates in town for reservations by the week. No elevator, and constant activity of people climbing up and down the stairs to the top floor. The curtains were broken which I discovered when I attempted to close them resulting in a clothes hanger falling to the floor which held them in place. I did not feel safe staying here as a solo female traveler. Breakfast consisted of coffee which was not ready at the stated time of 6:00 am. The front desk that morning could not be bothered to do much, but he did make coffee upon my return to the office at 6:30 am and inquired about my satisfaction with its taste. There was no hot water for a shower. I will not stay here again.

5th rate, if that Room was in bad shape. MW missing the turntable place, Shower only producing a week stream, no place to hang cloths, No ironing board and iron as advertised. No breakfast as advertised, Light missing, etc. Very bad experience and I would NOT recommend it.
