Amazing I cannot express how amazing the Hilton is along with the restaurants. The staff are so kind and so nice Along with the restaurant and heavily tattoos, and do not get treated well all the time and I cannot express to you how well I was treated and treated me like I was a millionaire Adiamo was the Italian restaurant that I ate at and they were just as amazing as the hotel and the food was spectacular. He gets a little nervous eating at a nice restaurant at the hotel even if it’s a Hilton because the prices are a little bit higher, which these are actually really fair but you’re scared that you’re gonna spend the money on the food not gonna be great. Every single thing about this meal was fantastic.

Kyona Kyona went above and beyond for me during my stay as a guest . I always appreciate when someone shows extra kindness and I always believe should be well recognized . Living in a box with not even a window I hv recently checked in this hotel . Upon checkin they gave us a room that does not have anything to look outside . We have a storage container outside our window and it feels like we are living in a box …….and when we politely requested for them to change ,They refused outrightly . This was pretty rude :? in comparison to the other hotel services we have received in LA I find the staffs demeanor extremely rude ..as the manager would not even meet us ….once and whilst mostly I am very courteous and respectful with people who make it helpful for us to stay at different places , this upon checkin has been not at all a pleasant experience . So if you are not wanting to stay in a box . Pls avoid this hotel .

Stay Away far away. Redondo Garden Inn much better choice. Worst hotel of the Hilton properties. I have been a diamond member for over 10 years and have never had a more disappointing stay. Staff lacks customer service skills. My friend was arriving before me so I called the day before to pay for the room. This must be the only hotel in the universe that is unable to take a credit card over the phone, instead you have to do a laborious email form. Guess the universe shifted over night because my friend at check in called to say the hotel is saying the room has not been paid. I called the hotel and eureka!!! They can take a credit card over the phone. When I asked about the F&B credit, I was not informed about the no F&B service due to renovations so I misinformed my hungry travel worn friend about getting food at the hotel. Then he was not informed about breakfast the next day in the banquet room. I was granted a late check out but welcome to Grand Central station west. First a staff member knocked on the door to not request but demand the table in the room no explanation. Then a housekeeper and then a housekeeping supervisor knocked on the door to find out why I stayed pass check out time. I did receive a " too bad too sad" email from the GM who has chosen to ignore my complaints but hopes I will return. If you like no information this is your hotel. Don't like customer service this is your hotel. Don't want to relax this is your hotel. Want to waste your time on useless hotel requests and demands THIS is your hotel.

Pillows Flat as Pancakes The pillows were the worst I've ever seen. I mean, were those pillows or seats???!!! Flat as pancakes! Staff was super snotty. Responses were quick and short. They acted like the government was paying. Rude and classless. There were fecal and urine smells in the hallways. I have stayed at this hotel before and I could swear based on the initial meeting at the front desk, this was NOT a Hilton hotel. The staff a few years back were always very professional. This staff is not professional. They need training.
