Not a great experience We had just moved to the area and had to stay 2 nights truck was unloaded. Upon check in the young lady was amazing. Great customer service, was extremely helpful and made checkin a breeze. Now; The room had hair everywhere in the bathroom, there was some shady guests that made us feel uncomfortable. Then the morning came and I go to the front desk area for coffee. The man working was extremely rude, the front doors were locked he claimed he had forgotten to unlock them. I went back about 45 minutes later and they were locked again. He made me feel like I was a nuisance and went above and beyond to be rude. Not the way I had hoped to begin my day. The coffee was the worst I had ever had and the breakfast was one pack of muffins.

Highly unsatisfied and disgusted This Hotel is awful, it was stains on the carpet, Stains on the sheets on both beds, I was afraid the get under the covers so I slept on top, The refrigerator had rust spots all over it, I’m highly pissed the health department needs to do a surprise inspection of this place, ( STAY AWAY FROM ROOM 115) I wouldn’t let my dog stay here, This place has went downhill ___

Nice Breakfast must be improved. They offered only 2 muffins and an orange juice. Coffee was also available. The pool was closed. Everything else was perfect. Easy check-in and out. Spacious room. Polite staff.

Nice and Quiet It's not a bad place to choose I mean I will satisfied with the cleanest to sleep the beds and I mean it was good to me and yes I will stay again the staff is nice cooperative treat you fair didn't hear a lot of noise and loud activities around and you are close to stores and restaurants

Dirty/ average I was not impressed with this property. From my first impression there was litter and garbage everywhere. The clerk was like a robot, just there to push buttons. When asking about the pool, I was told it was closed for the season. It's 78 degrees outside. Advised noting that on the website since it was the reason I chose that property. Everything just seemed run down and dirty. The only thing available from the vending area was ice. I guess I put up with filth and lack of breakfast being offered as advertised because I am a rewards member. Maybe I should reconsider that choice if this is what I can expect.
