Not Impressed I chose my 2nd room at check in through the app. Upon arrival, they asked if I could switch to a king with a pull out sofa, after I told them no, they moved my room to a 5th floor room with 1 working elevator. I had a puppy with me hence why I chose a lower floor to be able to use the stairs more often for potty time. The doors on the sides were locked for security reasons. The outdoor trash cans weren’t emptied all weekend overflowing with dirty diapers and used condoms. For the amount of money I paid, this hotel was a dump!

Clean and Easy stay for me! Fantastic service from the staff, and yummy breakfast! My bed was soft and typical of Hampton beds. I only spent time in the room to sleep since I was on a business trip, but it was some of the best sleep I’ve ever gotten while away from home. Rachel at the front desk was helpful and kind, as well as Briana and Ashley. Every housekeeper I saw was cheerful. The staff really made me feel welcome!

Inexcusably bad. What happened? I've been staying here for years and never had a bad experience here. Not sure if the owner changed or the management changed, but this stay was AWFUL. 3 day stay. No one at the front desk when I checked in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. No Hilton Honors recognition. No housekeeping the first night. No housekeeping the second night, despite speaking with the front desk - twice- and being promised my room would be serviced and fresh towels provided. The lovely friendly woman who used to man the breakfast bar is gone. It took 20 minutes to refill the coffee urn, so I wound up driving to Starbucks instead. FOR OVER $200 PER NIGHT, THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. From now on, I'll stay at the Fairfield Inn a mile away. You should, too.

Terrible Experience with Receptionist Johanna I came here for a CIAA volleyball tournament alongside my teammates & we collectively felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed by the staff. Most specifically, Johanna the receptionist. She instructed multiple of my teammates to “cover up because there’s men around here”, we were all fully clothed (sweatshirts, shorts, and leggings) but regardless, this is disgusting & extremely unprofessional. She reiterated this to our coach as well, which made her very uncomfortable along with the rest of my teammates. Also, the rooms were extremely dirty when we came. There were stains on the comforter/sheets, mold in the shower, crumbs all over the carpet, and hair on the toilet/bathroom floor. We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay here & will not be coming back in the future.
