Tired run down hotel / casino I was there three nights, had no linen service, safe did not work upon arrival, a bag of trash was sitting next to my door when entering and was there until the next day. On Friday night, they had three drink servers for all the various tables, couldn’t get a drink unless she went to the bar. No pool as they said inclement weather, but it was 75 and sunny the last two days I was there? I have not been to this hotel for several years and have no intention to return.

This place has gone downhill People were loud all night long. Main desk keeps their phones off the hook so u can’t call them. Waited 40 minutes at a slot machine that went down while on it. Employees looked at me when I asked for help and kept walking. Had to basically grab someone and drag them over there and they were rude as crap and blamed me for their machines being junk.

Excellent resort Good tables and slots. Clean rooms, nice walking trail, decent food, nice location. Excellent band on Saturday in the casino bar. Nice bartenders. Had fun gambling. And downtown New Albany has become quite nice! I wished the pool would have been open but closed due to recent flooding.

Getaway Spent a weekend getaway with my wife. We ate at Gordon Ramsay’s gambled in the casino and slept at the hotel. View is not very good. I believe they are painting the outside so they had plastic over our windows. Made the mistake and did get a smoking room. That was all that was available for king size. The smell was horrible in the room other than that it was clean. Did OK in the casino and dinner was pretty good

Best Casino in Indiana Love to visit Ceasars Southern in Indiana, the staff is always friendly and helpful, my room is always clean and comfortable. When you come you have to try the pizza 10 out of 10.
