SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ellensburg

Wonderful hotel and staff Excellent stay for my second time! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and amenities are fantastic! Safe area and close to the freeway! Pet friendly and fees are reasonable. Everyone loved saying hi to my pup! Will definitely be back! Thank you SureStay!

Great spot, low cost Look the hotel isn't gonna blow you away with anything, but it's clean, the staff are nice, breakfast was good and it has a pool and hot tub. Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal and muffins were all delicious. Very affordable in 2024 and what you get for that price is very much worth it.

Great value for a nice clean room.Close to everything Great value for a nice clean room, Very quiet and close to a lot of fast food, restaurants and coffee. the staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. And the air conditioning unit was actually quiet As compared to some places i've stayed. It is a slightly older motel but well kept up. One word of warning. Is there is no elevator if you are on the upper floors, But the stairs indoors are easily manageable.

No housekeeping and no clean towels and no concern about it for a three night stay. Absolutely no housekeeping services for the three nights of the stay. The bed was never made, no clean towels and the front desk was uninterested. Each day when asked why the room was not serviced the clerk merely said, "I will look into it." It was not serviced the next day or the next and they didn't seem to care.

What a great place and stay! I stayed in an accessible room. It was easy getting to the room. The room itself was very pleasant with light blue ceiling and walls. Very restful. And everything was clean. The TV was easy to use, there was a chair; I could have used like a little table to put my dinner on so I could watch TV. The bed was very comfortable. I slept through a rock !! The bathroom is what really impressed me. There are so many bars in the tub, they had a transfer bench, the bar next to the toilet runs from the corner all the way around to almost the sink. The shower is handheld and the water nice and warm. I didn’t run out! This was an impromptu stop so I didn’t have a lot of my own supplies. They supplied soap and shampoo and conditioner which really helped. The bathroom is nice and big it will easily accommodate a wheelchair, a tip is I would leave the door cracked if you can because the floor got a A lot of condensation on it, which made it impossible for me to walk with my Canes. Had I left the door open along with running the fan that would not have happened. I would also suggest that they provide for each person at least one more Bath towel and two more face towels: again this is per person. They were lavish with directions when I needed to find some things in town and the directions worked. All told I will stay there again when traveling through from Cheney to Seattle and back. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast because I slept through it, but it has a Wendy’s next-door a Burger King and Starbucks is like half a block down, there is a place that I would have loved to have tried, but I didn’t see it in the dark. You have your choice there’s also a chili roadhouse that looks good. Try it. I think you’ll like it. Grammy Dot
