Nice Stay! The staff is amazing as always. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities required for a short visit and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The shuttle service was on time and the drivers were courteous. There are a few restaurants in the nearby area.

Convenient and comfortable stay near PHL I used the park, sleep, and fly option for this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room and bed were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the shuttle was timely and efficient. I would definitely stay here again when traveling!

Great place to stay! Wonderful stay. Friendly staff check me in early and I felt well treated. The nice room proved a great place to shower and get a comfortable night's rest. The shuttle experience seemed great and efficiently got me where I needed to be. Breakfast included adequate choices and good protein. I would definitely stay here again.

Loud Pornography from inter-connecting door Nov 2024 Unfortunately we had a poor experience on this occasion, although we normally enjoy staying at this hotel. On the second night of our three night stay, we were kept awake by the guest next door playing very loud pornographic films until 6am. We complained and they switched rooms for us for our final night. I twice asked to talk to the manager who was 'in the back but not available. I asked to be partially refunded for the 2nd night because we hadn't slept. I was told the manager had said no. Then a supervisor told us we would receive a partial refund within 3 working day. We haven't received this, of course. I appreciate that a hotel cannot control poor guest behaviour, but of course they can control how they deal with guests impacted in this way with respect and empathy.
