Nice location and great service. Memo was great with the breakfast omlettes on Mornings amongst the many embassy suites I have stayed at. He is a mastro chef. I must say the hotel for its age is well kept and the staff do make the extra effort to keep up the service. Tacia was very nice and assisted me during my stay with whatever area information I needed to save time in my visits. I didn't get to meet the manager but certainly will let her know that she and her staff must keep up the good work and the hotel infrastructure. Will defintely be going back here on my next visit in the area.

Convenient Location/Nice Staff The hotel is conveniently located. It is very nicely kept. We picked a corner room for privacy, but the AC unit was not cooling enough. The happy hour was very nice, with a delicious hummus and baked pita bread. The breakfast overall was good except for one day. Embassy Suites were know for their fabulous breakfast. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Overall, I would stay at this location again. Estero is a very nice area to visit.

Okay Place to Stay It was okay. Some of the staff were wonderful, some were not. The beds and pillows were clean, the shower had mildew in it and the hairdryer was sticky. We were really disappointed in the breakfast. We chose Embassy Suites for its breakfast, but it was really limited. You could get a fresh omelette, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash brown, and french toast, but those were your only hot options. The "cold" foods were not labeled, so you weren't sure what you were getting and there also weren't many options.

Housekeeping, did you go on vacation? My first room, the tub was extremely worn, scuffed up, scummy, and just not fit for any hotel. The back of the toilet was filthy as well. Moved to another room, it was worse. The tub was not as bad, but was not clean. The toilet was filthy, the refrigerator was filthy, the curtains had small tears and stains, when the sun came up, the small tears made a difference. The sun came thru. The carpet felt scummy. There was thick dust on the wall. Q-tip left under the sink, so the room was not swept or vacuum. The employees were nice and made you feel welcomed. There was one bartender who was not so nice, even though my drinks were virgin. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice. On the other hand, from my personal experience, the housekeeping department needs to be checked up on. Someone is not doing their job. If you are a person who does not pay attention to fine detail, and just focus on the bed being made up, you will miss the filth. My mom was head of housekeeping, she trained me on what to expect in a hotel room. The hotel is located in a nice area, plenty of shopping, resturants, convient stores, gas stations, Publix and Walmart, not to far. The breakfast was excellent, three restaurants in walking distance and a convenient store. A shopping outlet across the highway with plenty of restaurants. Will I stay here again, of course I will.

We had a terrible experience Our children had a tournament for Mother’s Day weekend. A few of the mothers stayed in the same hotel. This was my first time ever staying at this particular location. I want to start by saying the staff members are extremely rude. They do not acknowledge their guests when they walk in, the staff is typically always too busy talking with each other, on their phones or using the lobby computers for personal use. One of the moms from the group walked up to me and asked hey where is the lobby? Where do I check in? I said you just passed right through it. She said oh I didn’t see anyone. I had to guide her. The rooms feel dirty. The carpets are dirty even the couches are dirty with stains. The bathrooms are disgusting. I had to put a towel on the bathtub floor so I was able to shower of how exhausted I was. We were two hours away from home, I would’ve had left if it wasn’t that my daughter had to play the very next day. The bartender decided to harass us, take pictures and videos of us and tell us in a very bad manner that we were not allowed to have food in the area we were sitting in when one of the mothers was saving a slice of pizza in a box for her daughter to eat later. We tried to explain to her that we were not eating. We were simply sitting down, gathering with our children after a long day at the tournament. The area was completely empty not being used by anyone at the moment. We didn’t want to be outside due to the mosquitoes. She continued to speak loud to the people in the bar area about our group and pointing at us, she left the bar area unattended to go to the second floor and continue to take pictures and videos of us. I am extremely disappointed at the way that we were treated especially in front of our our children. I would never stay at this location. Also, they do not pick up the trash in the elevator lobby floors they were completely full and smells so bad. There was a dirty diaper since we got there, we checked out and it was still there. This hotel is not worth the price.
