Horrible We were in town for a funeral. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were stained and had cigarette burns all over them. The staff was rude and unaccommodating

No pool and dead insects We checked in and noticed immediately the pool was full of sand. Closed down. False advertising. We went to our room from the dark and dingy look lobby and my wife found a dead roach in the bathroom. That was enough for us. We left and moved down the street to the Hampton. We booked the Days Inn for 2 days but didn't check out so it was our lost but the next person won't be fooled..

_ ANTS Ants in room. Front desk employee too busy with loud private phone conversation to care. Said manager wasn’t available. Had to go out and buy bug spray myself since they were fully booked. Desk dude acted like it was my fault since I didn’t let him know before the other rooms filled up.

Creepy, Ugly, and Nasty My daughter described it as the above, Creepy, Ugly, and Nasty. LOL. To begin with, AL is an hour difference in time than Florida. We were to check in at 3 p.m. Well, it was 1:30 AL time. Which I thought was 2:30 p.m. EST at first. There's no one at the counter, you have to call them on the phone. The teenage boy on the other end barely mutters a no , sorry when asked if you can check in a little early. Yet, I saw two key cards on the hotel counter behind the glass. The lobby is turned into a storage closet thrown with junk in it. Once we did check in, there was some stickiness on the bedside table that no one cleaned up. There was a cigarette looking hole in one of the blankets. The carpet looks like it was tearing up. Very disappointing. On the sign in the front, it says "free continental breakfast. " When I asked the young man, again he barely utter a "no, breakfast". The pool was out of order. But I don't think I would want to swim in it anyway. Ewwwwww..... Worst place I ever stayed in my life. Caused my daughter to cry and say she wanted to go home.

DISGUSTING Had a bass tournament on Saturday. Stayed Friday night. Got there late and had to get up early so we settled. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed from the outside to the inside. Parking lot was littered with garbage all around the hotel. Room was hot when we arrived. Bugs on floor and in toilet. Toilets were not clean from guest before. Towels had hair in them. Afraid to pull covers back so we slept with our clothes on and on top of bed spread. Probably shouldn’t have done that either. Loud vehicles all night long coming and going. NO SLEEP! From a scale from 1-10 this place receives a 0(zero). If I had a cardboard box, I would have went to another parking lot and slept in it. It would have been cleaner and quieter.
