Friendly place - okay stay The accommodations were as expected, which is not bad for a motel. The thing that really stood out to me was the staff; each person at the front desk was extremely friendly and polite without being too intrusive or over the top. I really would give the staff 5 stars if it were possible to rate them separately. I think partially the problem is that I am not used to staying in motels, and perhaps went into it with high expectations. My boyfriend told me that his experience was as expected, so I am mainly basing this review off of his perspective. The bedroom for the main part was clean. The bed did have a few questionable marks on it, and almost seemed a bit off-white or dingy. The furniture itself was clean, however, just a bit worn down. There was also a peculiar smell; I thought it was overpowering disinfectant, my boyfriend said it smelled a bit more like urine to him. Hoping for the first. The main problem is the bathroom, and this is what I've read in every review almost. PLEASE. Fix your bathrooms. Clean them. We didn't even dare use the shower, the bottom of the bathtub was chipped and had dust in it. It wasn't as dirty as the other reviews claimed, but it was definitely not up to normal standards. There were a few concerning stains/dirt clumps on the floors and walls that I was too terrified to look at up close. I am a bit of a hygiene freak, so I'm giving this a more generous review because it honestly might just be me. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine stay. Not too noisy honestly. Even my rowdy neighbors seemed to be respectful as it got later. I really thank the friendly staff for making the experience nice!

Campus Inn and Suites. The front desk staff was friendly and very informative. The room was clean and made us feel comfortable in these Covid 19 challenging times. The location of Campus Inn & Suites is central located to UofO , and walking distance to many other shops and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

Staff forced their way into my room, manager laughs at me I booked a room over a month in advance but they had no record of my reservation but the front desk lady said it was no problem she would just make me a reservation right then and there. Got to my room about 3:30AM, changed into a night shirt, and fell asleep a couple hours later. Around 11AM a female staff member uses her keycard to open my door and then used a pair of plyers to start ripping the chain out from the wall. I started screaming at her to stop, what is she doing, stop!! She had this shocked smile on her face and said I was in the room illegally and had to vacate. I grabbed the paperwork the front desk lady had given me and started waving it frantically telling her to stop, I have the paperwork, STOP! Her shoulders dropped and she said, "Oh. Then you'll have to talk to the front desk," who had already run and accepted my card. The manager eventually comes up to my room, laughs and says it's all a misunderstanding. Turns out female staff had never talked to management about anything and took it upon herself to force her way into my room. I have PTSD and months later I still can't sleep through the night or sleep in a hotel at all. This place should not only be ashamed of themselves, but also not be in business.

Clean, quiet and friendly Shiela greeted me promptly at the front desk and chose a quiet room for me. There, however, a couple of problems with the given room, object left in room during cleaning and excessive noise from a fan of some kind. (location unknown) Shiela quickly changed my room, offered to help me move, and got me taken care of.

Great deal I can’t remember the last time I paid so little for a room. I was traveling alone this time and just needed something convenient to I5. My room had a queen bed, but it was pushed up against a wall. For me it was OK, but if we had been a couple my wife would not have been happy. It was clean, the bed comfy and it’s close to quite a few eating choices. Breakfast was the normal uninspiring continental stuff, but there was fruit available. I would definitely stay again .
