Weekend in Eugene Great hotel and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very attentive and helpful to the. Travelers needs from arrival and through out the stay

Stayed there for a Tribal Conference Shower with weak pressure; no ventilation in bathroom or fan; walls very thin could hear next room talking in sleep; drinks overpriced at the bar and breakfast over priced at cafe; was told parking included in conference price but was charged $15 a night parking; no blended drinks at bar except a machine which tasted horrible and charged $15 for a small drink- ridiculous. No windows in room open; lots of eateries within walking distance; clean town and clean room.

Amazing Valet!!! This was my first stay at a Graduate hotel and I had no clue what to expect. My first impression was Josiah and Christian as valet out front. They were amazing and assisted my friends and I with all our needs. The front desk workers were also extremely helpful and very kind. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel and other Graduate hotels!
