The night staff was professional and personable. All questions were answered and extra advice for needs Spot On! The Front staff were above average and very helpful. We were a larger group with elderly, disabled, and a toddler. Trying to manage a grumpy toddler, two shopping bags and a key card to get into the building on the second night.... thank you "Melissa".

The Family Getaway The Manager & Staff are very nice! They're always there when you need them 24/7! They keep it really clean on a daily basis! And it's very peaceful, especially during the night! Love the walking distance to Fred Meyers! Me and my little family enjoyed our stay _

Great hotel and staff We love this hotel! The Manager Robert is very professional, very kind, and makes us feel safe! The staff is just amazing! They are always friendly, and helpful! Also, very pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel!

Terrible service. Appalling behaviour from Robert, the general manager. Rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming. Booked an eight-night stay for a business trip. A local friend drove me to the hotel for check-in, where I realized I had mistakenly forgotten my ID. Obviously, we got turned away. “Guess we have to come back,” I said audibly at the front desk, then backtracked across town to get my purse. I returned within an hour ready to check in, but suddenly the front doors were locked. Manager Robert comes to inform me that he CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION. Claimed the reason for cancellation is that I left without saying anything, which my friend quickly corroborated was untrue. Why terminate a week-long booking without notice anyway? To make matters worse, my colleague’s flight was severely delayed so she could not receive my messages, and she arrived at the Extended Stay after midnight looking for our room which no longer existed. In his version of events, Robert tells my coworker that I am “unprofessional” (remind me who is the paying customer, and who WORKS here?), and even takes the liberty to share his distasteful assumptions about the friend I was with. As a general manager, Robert’s level of concern with my unrelated third-party is disturbing and borderline racist. Thankfully, we switched to a different company nearby where the friendly, inviting atmosphere is highly appreciated after our ridiculous experience here. After reading up on other reviews, we are not the first customers to be mistreated and wrongly disallowed from the property. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay, then stay far away from this place.

Recommend to anyone with or without pers!! The Staff, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even when my dog had a couple of accidents in the hall way. Robert the General manager even recommended when we take the weekly rate when we were only going to pay for 6 days it gave us another day to figure things out. I would recommend to anyone with or without pets!
